Vajbar Kamil | Site Manager, GXO

Kamil Vajbar is a Site Manager at GXO, the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, which has been present in Central Europe for over two decades. He brings over 20 years of experience in logistics, gained primarily at DHL, where he progressed from a quality clerk through an OMS advisor role to a leadership position. In his current role, Kamil is responsible for managing a pet food site, focusing on strengthening customer relationships through service extension while leveraging his strong background in Continuous Improvement. He is committed to delivering high-quality service, reflected in the site’s Gold Standard performance and its AIB International certification, confirming adherence to the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence. Kamil actively promotes ESG initiatives, supporting both health and environmental efforts. He is a graduate of Mendel University in Brno.
