Aldorf Leoš | General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors, SSI Energy
Leoš Aldorf graduated from the Energy Institute of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Brno. From 1999 he worked for the Building Systems division of ABB DIZ as an energy system project manager. After the division was sold to Genesis Capital in 2003, he joined the newly established AB Facility, where he oversaw complex preparation and implementation of energy-efficient projects since 2007 as the general manager of the company’s energy division. He was actively involved in foundation of the Association of Energy Service Providers (APES) in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and his professional career has been essentially connected to development of energy-efficient EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) projects. At present he works at SSI Energy, a company providing complex energy service solutions.
Bača Radomír | Sales Manager TSL Division OLTIS Group
He graduated with specialisation in Economy and Business. In the past he worked as a sales representative in Česká spořitelna. Since 2008 he has been working as a sales representative of CID International, a.s., a company that works closely together with OLTIS Group in the field of their IT solutions. He is responsible for both the Czech and Slovak markets, focusing mainly on the transport, forwarding and warehousing segments.
Baláž Martin | Vice-president and Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Prologis
As the vice-president and country manager of Prologis for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Martin Baláž is in charge of the entire portfolio of the company on the Czech and Slovak markets. He manages investment projects and oversees rental activities in individual parks. He supervises all the Prologis leasing and building activities in both the countries, as well as the company activities in the field of property management and project management. He joined Prologis in 2014 as a senior leasing and development manager for CR and Slovakia. Before that he worked as an associate partner with Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the industrial and retail property department in Slovakia and the industrial property department in the Czech Republic.
Brouček Vojtěch | Sales Director, PST CLC, a.s.
Vojtěch Brouček graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague; since July 2020 he has been working as the sales director of PST CLC. He is in charge of the overall sales and marketing strategy of PST CLC as an important player on the Czech market and a Mitsui-Soko Group member. Between 2016 and 2020 he worked in the same company as a customs service manager: he managed a team of more than 70 people in 17 branches in the Czech Republic. His numerous tasks included focus on the customer service quality and stabilisation of the client portfolio, strengthening synergies with the warehousing and forwarding divisions of the company, global business management within the Mitsui-Soko network and operational quality and sustainability. In the past he also worked as a volunteer in the regional committee for the United Nations Messengers of Peace projects.
Cihlářová Pavla | Director GS1 Czech Republic
Ing. Pavla Cihlářová studied the University of Economics in Prague. Having graduated, she worked as a mathematical analyst and an IT specialist in PORS Praha. At the beginning of the 1990s she was one of the first experts who had the opportunity to gain both theoretical and practical experience in the field of EDI within the Czech-German cooperation projects. She applied this experience as an EDI manager when she worked for EAN Czech Republic; she joined the organization in 1995. The Association EAN Czech Republic was later transformed into GS1 Czech Republic and Pavla Cihlářová became its director in 2006. In her position she has been supporting the dialogue between business partners mainly in the field of retail, FMCG and logistics for many years. She ranks among the leading promoters of standardization, electronization and digitalization. Pavla is a member of the GS1 in Europe Regional Executive Committee.

Marek Cvačka graduated from the Faculty of Transport of the Czech Technical University in Prague and worked in the transport and logistic divisions of Letiště Praha, IKEA and Datart International. Before joining ESA logistika he held the position of the Global Logistics Sourcing Manager in the multinational group Danone.

RNDr. Josef Černý graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University, majoring in Informatics. He began to deal with logistics through programming of integrated production systems including their material supply. Between 1993 and 1999, he was the Managing Director of a company engaged in the supply of information systems for the management of warehouse and manufacturing operations. Since 2000 he has been working at ICZ a.s., where he held the position of consultant and head of logistics department. The Antwerp Port Authority has enlarged the network of its representatives abroad with a new delegate for the Central and Eastern Europe. Since March 1, 2017 Mr. Martin Hubeňák represents the Antwerp Port Authority at the local markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and in Poland. One of his many tasks will be improving the perception of the Antwerp Port Authority brand as well as broadening of railway connections network between the Antwerp Port Authority and the above-mentioned countries of the Central and Eastern Europe. At that, he will make use of his experience as project manager, the position that he had in the company DB Schenker, and as Director for Logistics in the company Vítkovice Steel. Further, he will be responsible for keeping of regular contacts with local subjects active in the said branches and ensuring information exchange between them and the Antwerp Port Authority.

Krutílek Ondřej | EU Legislation Analyst
Ondřej Krutílek graduated from the Faculty of Social Studies of the Masaryk University with specialisation in political science, international relations and European studies. Both his bachelor’s (2002) and master’s (2004) degree theses dealt with the topic of the European Parliament. In 2004 he started to work as an EU legislation analyst in the think-tank “The Centre for the Study of Democracy and Culture“, and as an assistant in the European Parliament. He specialises in EU legislation monitoring and analysis, mainly in the field of the environmental policy. Martin Peleska started his career in the automotive industry in 1999: he worked for Ford Motor Company in various post-sales services, sales, fleet management and dealer network development positions. Since 2006 he has been working for the representation of Toyota a Lexus where he started as a sales manager. Between 2009 and 2012 he worked in the Toyota Motor Europe headquarters in Brussels where he was in charge of sales and production planning and later also pricing of selected models. Pavel Sovicka started his business career in Cushman & Wakefield where he spent 10 years in total. Since 2008 he has been leading Panattoni Europe as the Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. David has been with ŠKODA AUTO for 20 years already. He has been working in various managerial positions in the field of production and logistics since 2008. He started to gain his first international experience within the Volkswagen group in 2010 when he was given a chance to participate in the development programme for young managers and get involved in the operations of Audi, Neckarsulm. In 2014 David became the Head of ŠKODA AUTO Logistics Planning being responsible for planning in all the company plants both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
