Pavel has worked continuously in the Czech and global real estate industry for more than 25 years. He began his professional career at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he spent a total of ten years. Since 2008, he has headed Panattoni as Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. During his tenure, Pavel Sovička has been involved in transactions exceeding 2,000,000 m² of leased and sold space. The most significant projects include Panattoni Park Prague Airport I and II, Amazon distribution centres in Dobrovíz and Kojetín (the largest lease building in the Czech Republic, 187,000 m²), Panattoni Park Stříbro, Panattoni Park Cheb South (the most environmentally friendly industrial building in the world) and Panattoni Park Cheb, whose most significant tenant is Tchibo (the third largest lease building in the Czech Republic, 105,000 m²).
