
Sovička Pavel | Managing Director CZ&SK, Panattoni
Pavel Sovička has been active in the Czech and global real estate industries for more than 25 years. He began his professional career at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he spent a total of ten years. Since 2008, he has led Panattoni as managing director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. During his tenure, Pavel Sovička has been involved in transactions totaling more than 2,500,000 m² of leased and sold space. Among his most significant projects are, for example, Panattoni Business Park Prague Airport I and II, Amazon’s distribution centers in Dobrovíz, Chomutov, and Kojetín (the largest tenant in the Czech Republic, 327,300 m²), Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North (the first industrial building in the Czech Republic built according to the Net Zero Carbon principle for ZF Aftermarket), and Panattoni Business Park Cheb, whose most significant tenants are H&M (the second-largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 214,000 m²) and Tchibo (the third-largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 103,000 m²).
