Ing. Pavla Cihlářová graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. After graduating, she worked for 10 years as a mathematical analyst and IT specialist at PORS Praha. In the early 1990s, she was one of the first experts to gain both theoretical and practical experience in electronic data interchange (EDI) as part of Czech-German cooperation. She later applied this knowledge in the role of EDI manager at the EAN Czech Republic association, which she joined in 1995. The EAN Czech Republic Association was later renamed GS1 Czech Republic, and Pavla Cihlářová served as its director from 2006 to 2026. Kateřina Rázlová has been Vice President of Transport for Central and Eastern Europe at DHL Supply Chain since 2023. In her role, she is responsible for transport and logistics services for customers in the automotive industry and for transport in the retail and FMCG goods segment. Kateřina has been with DHL since 1999. Trhlík Jaroslav | Fulfillment Center Manager, Knihobot & Bookbot
Jaroslav Trhlík is in charge of fulfilment at Knihobot; he is responsible for the speed, efficiency, quality and costs of the entire process, from receipt to delivery. Earlier this year, he oversaw the relocation of two warehouses to a new address at the Logicor warehouse in Hostivař, which presented a number of challenges; however, he is now focusing on automation, process development and the use of data for autonomous warehouse management. He is building on his experience at Amazon, where he worked as an Outbound Operations Manager, both in Prague and at the first robotic warehouse in the Czech Republic, in Kojetín.

Vais David | Chief Executive Officer, Logport Development
David founded Logport in 2018 with the idea of revitalizing old and unused urban brownfield sites through the development of modern commercial zones supporting key urban infrastructure. Valdman Stanislav | Stanislav Valdman – Maritime Industry Professional
Stanislav is an experienced business development and sales manager with many years of experience in the maritime industry. He has a strong professional background in business negotiations and the development of commercial activities related to the transport of goods in international trade. He began his professional career at the transport consulting company SUDOP PRAHA. He specialized in freight transport and worked on conceptual studies for the development of transport infrastructure in a number of countries, including the Czech Republic, Albania, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, and Ghana. Simona graduated in commercial law at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague. During her studies she started working for the international real estate consultancy Colliers International, where after gaining experience in financial controlling and property management she moved to the industrial real estate department in 2003, where she gradually rose to the position of Associate Director. In 2012, she decided to pursue her own career and started working in the industrial market as an independent consultant and broker. From 2012 to 2014 she worked closely with Erste Group Immorent. She also established cooperation with ČSOB Advisory, where she has been expanding the range of services of the advisory team to include real estate market issues as needed. Aleš Willert has been working at C.S.CARGO since 2010. He first held the position of operations director (2010–2012) and then general manager and chairman of the board (2012–2018) of C.S.CARGO a.s. For the past four years, he has been the vice-chairman of the board and general manager of the entire C.S.CARGO group. However, he has devoted his entire working life to transport and logistics. He gained experience, among other things, as the operations director of the logistics company ESA s.r.o., or in the position of director and chairman of the board of Milktrans a.s. Aleš Willert is a graduate of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Aleš Willert has been working at ČESMAD BOHEMIA since 2012, when he became a member of the board for the Hradec Králové region. He is currently vice president and chairman of the trucking section.
