Baláž Martin | Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management Central Europe, Prologis

As VP, Head of Asset Management, Martin Baláž is responsible for the company’s entire Czech, Slovak, Polish & Hungarian portfolio. He oversees leasing and development as well as property and project management activities, and leads investment projects and park leasing during a critical phase in the company’s development in three countries. Martin joined Prologis in 2014 as senior leasing and development manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to that, was an associate partner at Cushman & Wakefield, holding the positions of head of the industrial and retail & warehouse departments in Slovakia and head of the industrial department in the Czech Republic. Barák Mojmír | Digital Projects & Strategy Coordinator, Škoda Auto

He has been part of Škoda Auto’s logistics team for seven years, where he has held various positions and worked on numerous projects within the logistics systems department. He currently leads the Digital Delivery Center in logistics, where his team aims to accelerate digital transformation. Brandt Michael | Head of Logistics & Innovation, EPAL

Michael Brandt has been Head of Logistics and Innovation at the European Pallet Association e.V. (EPAL) since 2020. He focuses on new technologies and digital solutions that help develop the open EPAL pallet pool into a digital EPAL network for modern supply chains. In his presentation, Michael Brandt will show how EPAL is preparing the open EPAL pallet pool for future logistics requirements: with the EPAL Euro pallet QR, the Digital Pallet Passport, the EPAL PALLET APP, AI-supported quality assurance, and new digital applications. The presentation connects practical challenges in pallet logistics in retail and industry, with the future topics of quality, automation, transparency, sustainability, and PPWR.

Cihlářová Pavla | Managing Director, GS1 Czech Republic

Ing. Pavla Cihlářová graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. After graduating, she worked for 10 years as a mathematical analyst and IT specialist at PORS Praha. In the early 1990s, she was one of the first experts to gain both theoretical and practical experience in electronic data interchange (EDI) as part of Czech-German cooperation. She later applied this knowledge in the role of EDI manager at the EAN Czech Republic association, which she joined in 1995. The EAN Czech Republic Association was later renamed GS1 Czech Republic, and Pavla Cihlářová served as its director from 2006 to 2026. From January 2026, as the company’s managing director, she will focus more on strategic development, business opportunities and cooperation with public institutions and professional associations.

Cvačka Marek | Managing Director of LOGISTEED Czechia & Market Leader for Western Europe

Marek Cvačka is an experienced manager with many years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management. At LOGISTEED, he serves as Market Leader for Western Europe and also plays a leading role in the group’s operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. He began his career as a designer of fixed fire suppression systems and has since held positions including Technical Director at an international company and Director of Business Development and Training. In his work, he combines technical expertise with a commercial perspective, helping customers find effective fire protection solutions tailored to their specific operations and associated risks.

Dostál Filip | Head of Business Development, GasNet

After studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administration Hogeschool van Utrecht in the Netherlands and at the University of Hradec Králové, he obtained a master's degree in finance at the University of Economics in Prague. He held a number of managerial positions, mainly in transport and logistics, for example as regional logistics manager of Holcim Eastern Europe. Since 2017, he has worked as the head of the Business Development department at innogy. He currently holds the same position in the GasNet group, which is the largest Czech gas distributor.

He has extensive experience in logistics and intermodal transport. He is part of the team at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Europe’s second-largest port, and previously worked as a project manager for multinational companies including DHL and DB Schenker. He also held the position of Director of Logistics and Production Planning at Vítkovice Steel. Jindra Stanislav | Packaging Development and Planning, Škoda Auto

He has been working for the Škoda brand for 11 years. He began his career in logistics at Škoda Auto in the field of inbound process planning. He subsequently held the position of Logistics Planning Coordinator for the welding, pressing and paint shops. In 2019, he took on the role of Logistics Project Manager, with responsibility for the transformation and electrification of the production plant for the Enyaq and Elroq models. Ing. Jaroslav Kaizr, Ph.D., MRICS, is a Partner and Managing Director at Demaco, where he leads business development and asset management, with the ambition to transform not only brownfield sites but also complex projects into long-term high-performing assets. With more than twenty years of experience in industrial real estate, he has focused primarily on complex projects for logistics and manufacturing companies that require an individual approach, smart solutions, and a high degree of creativity. Konderlová Radka | Director General for Industry Cooperation, Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic

Radka Konderlová spent six years at the Czech Ministry of Defence, where, amongst other things, she led teams working on defence industry support, defence research and innovation. She focused on promoting international cooperation and participation in European and NATO programmes to support the defence industry and technologies, as well as on developing the technological capabilities of the Czech defence ecosystem. Ludvik Milan | Expert in Logistics Technologies and Automation

Ing. Milan Ludvik graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT FSI) and has spent more than 30 years working in the field of automation, digitalisation and robotisation of logistics processes. He has extensive experience in implementing innovative projects for major companies such as Philip Morris, P&G, Danone, Phoenix Pharmacy Wholesale, Movianto, Le&Co and Budvar, covering everything from the sales cycle through to implementation. Maryško Heczková Lucie | Inbound Logistics Planning Coordinator, Škoda Auto

Lucie Maryško Heczková has been working in logistics at Škoda Auto for many years, gaining extensive experience in logistics process management, planning, and cooperation with international partners. She further broadened her professional experience through two international assignments, which provided her with valuable insight into logistics and transformation processes in an international environment. She currently leads the Inbound Logistics Planning organizational unit, focusing on the efficient management of material flows and the development of modern logistics solutions. As part of her presentation, together with the CEO of Ringil, she will present a project focused on integrating a new TMS system into Škoda Auto’s IT environment and share insights and experience from its implementation.

Mendibe Nuñez Iñigo | CEO at Adriatic Gate Container Terminal (ICTSI)

Iñigo Nuñez Mendibe joined the ICTSI group in 2021 as Senior Manager in the Global Commercial team. He graduated from the University of Mechanical Engineering in Pilsen, specializing in transport and materials handling technology. Pamič Igor | Representative of Luka Koper p.l.c. for the Czech and Slovak market

Igor Pamič holds an MBA from the School of Economics and Business (University of Ljubljana). He took the position of the Representative of Luka Koper in September 2023. In his early career he worked in automotive industry for a slovenian Tier 1 supplier of TPCA, now Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic, and was responsible for delivering the components/parts on JIT bases directly to the production line. He also experienced a job on board of MSC Cruises. In the last 19 years he worked for Italian production companies, first as Head of Sales for CEE region and in the last 10 years as Global Sales Director.

Jan Pavlíček is the Managing Director and founder of Antwell Group. He started his business in 1998 in the field of container transport and gradually built a company operating in road freight transport, truck servicing and commercial vehicle rental. Today, Antwell combines logistics services with its own technology, servicing capabilities and used commercial vehicle sales, providing services to clients across Europe.

Petráš Viktor | Sales & Marketing Director CZ/SK at EDITEL CZ

Viktor Petráš successfully graduated from the Informatics department at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He gained his first work experience from 2002 in the field of retail in the SPAR chain. Here he acquired a number of technical and managerial skills in the areas of IT and the organization of retail processes, also directly related to EDI issues. From 2007 he worked at EDITEL CZ, after its acquisition by the Austrian GS1. Later, Viktor Petráš took over responsibility for managing the sales and marketing department. After working at Diebold Nixdorf between 2014-2019, he returned to EDITEL with newly acquired experience from a global environment. He is currently engaged in the development of business activities in the areas of B2B communication and integration not only on the markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also on synergistic international activities within the broad European group of EDITEL companies.

Pihar Jan | Managing Director, Dachser Czech Republic

Jan Pihar graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Brno University of Technology. After graduating from college, he participated in a study exchange program in the United States. He joined DACHSER in 2004, when he helped establish the DACHSER branch in Břeclav. He then served there for four years as managing director and branch manager. In 2008, he was appointed General Manager of the DACHSER Kladno branch, the company’s largest branch in the Czech Republic. Since January 2019, Jan Pihar has served as CEO of DACHSER in the Czech Republic.

Rázlová Kateřina | Vice President of Transport for Central and Eastern Europe, DHL Supply Chain

Kateřina Rázlová has been Vice President of Transport for Central and Eastern Europe at DHL Supply Chain since 2023. In her role, she is responsible for transport and logistics services for customers in the automotive industry and for transport in the retail and FMCG goods segment. Kateřina has been with DHL since 1999. In 2008, she was appointed Director of the Automotive Division, and from 2004 to 2008, she headed the transport department for customers in the automotive industry. She started at the company as a transport and logistics manager. She graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and successfully completed an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh. Kateřina is a strong advocate of solutions that combine green technologies and overall efficiency. Since 2019, she has been promoting the decarbonization of transport. Remetančníková Markéta | Insurance broker – Group Manager, Acquisition Department, SATUM CZECH

Whilst studying at VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, she began her professional career in the insurance sector in 2000 at what was then Česká pojišťovna, a.s. She subsequently joined SATUM CZECH s.r.o. in 2005 as a broker in the motor and transport risks division, where she specialised in corporate clients in the transport sector. She currently focuses primarily on new business, conducting risk analyses and designing comprehensive insurance programmes.

Rindt Jan | Branch & Sales Manager, Körber Supply Chain Automation

Jan has been working at Aberle GmbH, a member of the Körber Logistics group within the international technology group Körber, since 2018 and currently serves as Branch & Sales Manager. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. After completing his studies, he gained experience at various companies specializing in logistics automation. He began his career at NDC Praha, which was later integrated into E&K Automation. There, he held several positions, starting as Head of Mechanical Design before moving on to roles as a Project Manager and Sales Representative. His primary focus in these roles was the implementation of automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems. Between 2007 and 2018, he worked as a Sales Manager at SSI Schäfer, where he was responsible for the sales department for automated systems.

Rumler Miroslav | Vice-President European Logistics Association & Partner Reliant

Miroslav Rumler graduated from the Faculty of International Trade of the Prague University of Economics and Business. He started his career in INSPEKTA a.s., a foreign trading company. Between 1991 and 1992 he studied for his postgraduate degree at the State University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in the United States, where he subsequently worked as an external consultant for The Limited Distribution Services Ltd., Columbus, Ohio. Thomas Schledorn has been active in the logistics industry for 20 years and was appointed to the Executive Board of the Andreas Schmid Group in January 2026, becoming Chairman of the Executive Board in July 2026. More than 1 million shipments are transported across Europe each year via Andreas Schmid Spedition, and over 260,000 m² of logistics space is operated in contract logistics. The 39-year-old logistics expert has extensive international experience from various leadership roles within the industry. After holding positions at DB Schenker, where he was responsible for Business Development as well as European Collection & Distribution operations, he joined cargo-partner as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Among his most significant projects are, for example, Panattoni Business Park Prague Airport I and II, Amazon’s distribution centers in Dobrovíz, Chomutov, and Kojetín (the largest tenant in the Czech Republic, 327,300 m²), Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North (the first industrial building in the Czech Republic built according to the Net Zero Carbon principle for ZF Aftermarket), and Panattoni Business Park Cheb, whose most significant tenants are H&M (the second-largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 214,000 m²) and Tchibo (the third-largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 103,000 m²).

Svrčková Michaela | Managing Director Czech Republic and Slovakia, MSC

Trhlík Jaroslav | Fulfillment Center Manager, Knihobot & Bookbot

Jaroslav Trhlík is in charge of fulfilment at Knihobot; he is responsible for the speed, efficiency, quality and costs of the entire process, from receipt to delivery. Earlier this year, he oversaw the relocation of two warehouses to a new address at the Logicor warehouse in Hostivař, which presented a number of challenges; however, he is now focusing on automation, process development and the use of data for autonomous warehouse management. He is building on his experience at Amazon, where he worked as an Outbound Operations Manager, both in Prague and at the first robotic warehouse in the Czech Republic, in Kojetín.

Vais David | Chief Executive Officer, Logport Development

David founded Logport in 2018 with the idea of revitalizing old and unused urban brownfield sites through the development of modern commercial zones supporting key urban infrastructure. David is mainly involved in strategy but also in the day-to-day operations of the company. He is also active in leasing and communication with investors. His goal is to build a network of multifunctional commercial zones across Europe, combining different types of uses focused on urban logistics. All this is according to the latest building technologies, taking into account the use of alternative energy sources.

Vajbar Kamil | Site Manager, GXO

Kamil Vajbar is a Site Manager at GXO, the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, which has been present in Central Europe for over two decades. He brings over 20 years of experience in logistics, gained primarily at DHL, where he progressed from a quality clerk through an OMS advisor role to a leadership position. In his current role, Kamil is responsible for managing a pet food site, focusing on strengthening customer relationships through service extension while leveraging his strong background in Continuous Improvement. He is committed to delivering high-quality service, reflected in the site’s Gold Standard performance and its AIB International certification, confirming adherence to the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence. Kamil actively promotes ESG initiatives, supporting both health and environmental efforts. He is a graduate of Mendel University in Brno.

Valdman Stanislav | Stanislav Valdman – Maritime Industry Professional

Stanislav is an experienced business development and sales manager with many years of experience in the maritime industry. He has a strong professional background in business negotiations and the development of commercial activities related to the transport of goods in international trade. He began his professional career at the transport consulting company SUDOP PRAHA. He specialized in freight transport and worked on conceptual studies for the development of transport infrastructure in a number of countries, including the Czech Republic, Albania, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, and Ghana. This focus allowed him to understand transport logistics at a conceptual level, but the core of the field, with its real-world business challenges, remained hidden. He accepted the professional challenge of a maritime container shipping company and has been involved in the long-term development of maritime trade in the Czech Republic. His ability to combine conceptual knowledge with the real transport needs of manufacturing and commercial entities helps him in solving business cases. Valentík Kristián | Deputy General Manager, Viarent Slovensko

Veselá Simona | Real Estate Advisory - Industrial

Simona graduated in commercial law at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague. During her studies she started working for the international real estate consultancy Colliers International, where after gaining experience in financial controlling and property management she moved to the industrial real estate department in 2003, where she gradually rose to the position of Associate Director. In 2012, she decided to pursue her own career and started working in the industrial market as an independent consultant and broker. From 2012 to 2014 she worked closely with Erste Group Immorent. She also established cooperation with ČSOB Advisory, where she has been expanding the range of services of the advisory team to include real estate market issues as needed. In her work, she mostly deals with advising users of warehouse or production areas. Occasionally, she moderates expert panels focused on real estate-related topics.

Willert Aleš | Deputy Chairman of the Board and CEO of the C.S.CARGO Group | Vice President and Chairman of the Freight Transport Section of the Association of Automobile Carriers ČESMAD BOHEMIA

Aleš Willert has been working at C.S.CARGO since 2010. He first held the position of operations director (2010–2012) and then general manager and chairman of the board (2012–2018) of C.S.CARGO a.s. For the past four years, he has been the vice-chairman of the board and general manager of the entire C.S.CARGO group. However, he has devoted his entire working life to transport and logistics. He gained experience, among other things, as the operations director of the logistics company ESA s.r.o., or in the position of director and chairman of the board of Milktrans a.s. Aleš Willert is a graduate of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Aleš Willert has been working at ČESMAD BOHEMIA since 2012, when he became a member of the board for the Hradec Králové region. He is currently vice president and chairman of the trucking section.

Závodný Pavel | Technical Project Specialist AMR, AMTECH
