Filip Sajler is one of the most prominent Czech food entrepreneurs. In 2004, he founded Perfect Catering, which has become a symbol of premium gastronomic service and continues to operate successfully to this day. He followed up on this success with the Perfect Canteen project, which has redefined corporate catering in the Czech Republic since 2009. Thanks to its combination of culinary art and innovation, Perfect Canteen has become a benchmark for quality on the market.

In 2020, the company joined the Piškanin family's Hopi Holding, and four years later (2024), Perfect Canteen, together with Perfect Catering, was sold to the American company Aramark. Today, Filip Sajler focuses on developing new brands and technological solutions within HOPI Chef Tech Food a.s. – a fast-growing foodtech scale-up that combines:
