Pátek Dalibor | Director of Internal Systems & Process Excellence, Rohlik Group

Dalibor Pátek graduated from Charles University in Prague with a degree in economics and went on to complete a master's degree in innovation project management at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. He began his professional career at Glencore Agriculture, where he served as head of logistics for the Czech Republic. In 2019, he joined TotalEnergies, where he was responsible for optimizing the logistics model and building a distribution center for Central Europe. Since 2021, he has been working for the Rohlik Group, where he has held various management roles in product management and operations excellence. He has focused on the development and optimization of processes in fulfillment centers and last mile, the integration of automation technology, and the automation of operational management. He currently holds the position of Director of Internal Systems & Process Excellence, where he is responsible for the strategy and development of key internal systems and for supporting international expansion through innovation, standardization, and process automation.
