Tomáš Novotný is the Managing Director of GRIDARCH, a Czech real estate development company. GRIDARCH focuses on the development, construction and leasing of modern industrial, manufacturing and distribution parks. In 2018, the company launched the development of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov, Ostrava, which currently (July 2026) comprises approximately 380,000 m² of prime Grade A industrial real estate. GRIDARCH is also involved in the development of further commercial and industrial zones across the Czech Republic.
