Marek Botka

Botka Marek | Chief Strategy Officer, LogEx Logistics

Marek Botka is the strategic director of LogEx Logistics, he graduated from several schools and completed his management education at the University of Prague with an MBA degree. His passion is marketing and development strategy. After completing his studies, he worked in trade, pharmacy and then transport in various managerial positions. He has been working at LogEx Logistics since 2010 and already at the beginning of his work he gave the idea to the original software solution that the company is currently working on. He is now implementing his knowledge gained in trade, construction and transport into the brand's pro-growth policy, thanks to which the local company LogEx Logistics has become an important Czech player that offers its customers comprehensive logistics service and solutions.

Marián Budzel

Marián Budzel has been working in the field of logistics for more than 18 years. In Raben Logistics Czech he holds the position of Sales & Customer Relations Director for the Czech and Slovak Republic. He graduated from the Technical University in Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He speaks fluently English and Polish.

Cihlářová Pavla

Cihlářová Pavla | Director GS1 Czech Republic

Pavla Cihlářová studied the Prague University of Economics and Business. Having graduated, she worked as a mathematical analyst and an IT specialist in PORS Praha. At the beginning of the 1990s she was one of the first experts who had the opportunity to gain both theoretical and practical experience in the field of EDI within the Czech-German cooperation projects. She applied this experience as an EDI manager when she worked for EAN Czech Republic; she joined the organization in 1995. The Association EAN Czech Republic was later transformed into GS1 Czech Republic and Pavla Cihlářová became its director in 2006. In her position she has been supporting the dialogue between business partners mainly in the field of retail, FMCG and logistics for many years. She ranks among the leading promoters of standardization, electronization and digitalization. Pavla is a member of the GS1 in Europe Regional Executive Committee.

Devečka Pavel

Devečka Pavel | Technical Advisor, PYRONOVA

Pavel Devečka is a qualified civil engineer with 20 years of experience in the field of active fire protection. He started as a designer of stable fire-fighting equipment and over the years worked his way up to the position of technical director of an international company. He worked as the director of development and education for three years. He now applies the acquired theoretical and practical experience in the field of fire protection as a technical consultant and helps customers create sophisticated technical solutions tailored to their needs.

Doboš Vladimír

After graduating from the University of Economics Prague in 1982, he joined the maritime department in Čechofracht. Then he worked at various positions in Čechofracht. From 1990 to 1992 he worked at the maritime department of the first private forwarding company in Czechoslovakia – LEP International, from 1992 to 2000 he was an executive director at the company specialized in providing comprehensive forwarding and logistics services – DM Express. Since 2001, he is a representative of Hafen Hamburg Marketing in Prague for the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

Dostál Filip

Dostál Filip | Head of Business Development, GasNet

After studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administration Hogeschool van Utrecht in the Netherlands and at the University of Hradec Králové, he obtained a master's degree in finance at the University of Economics in Prague. He held a number of managerial positions, mainly in transport and logistics, for example as regional logistics manager of Holcim Eastern Europe. Since 2017, he has worked as the head of the Business Development department at innogy. He currently holds the same position in the GasNet group, which is the largest Czech gas distributor.

André Dravecký

Ringil is a modular solution for manufacturing companies to manage their logistics. In addition to Ringil, in the past he founded the startup Shipvio, which became an important player in the logistics field in CEE. He has been involved in logistics from an early age, thanks to his family. André is also an advisor to the Minister of Transport.

Hynková Naděžda

Naďa joined ZF CVS (Commercial Vehicle Solutions, Transics International BV) in autumn 2021 and she is responsible for the sale of ZF/Transics brand products and services in the Czech Republic/SK. For almost 20 years, she worked at CCS Czech company for payment cards, s.r.o. (Fleetcor division) where she worked in several business positions, including managerial ones, and thus gained key experience in the field of fuel cards, telematics, tolls and management of the KAM and Acquisitions department. She participated in the expansion of services and products, including the launch of partner cooperation in the field of top-up cards and employee programs. Jakub Jonáš

Jakub Jonáš has been working as the new Business Development Director for the CEE region at aeqoom technologies s.r.o. since February 2024. His task is to increase the company's share in the field of intralogistics in Central Europe and to develop new markets. Since 2022, Martin Leibrandt has been working as Head of Marketing at Baumann Paletten in Garching / Munich, where he, together with his team, is responsible for the REFRESH of the traditional brand EUR in Oval. "The open Euro pallet exchange pool as a result of the development of a standardized load carrier is one of the greatest achievements in logistics," said Martin Leibrandt recently on the sidelines of the "Back to normal" event in Prague. Martin Leibrandt has lived in his adopted country, the Czech Republic, for many years.

Milan Ludvik

Milan LUDVIK graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and he has been engaged in the field of automatic identification for 22 years. Morávek Jakub

Jakub Morávek is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. Between 2014 and 2018, he worked at the logistics company VPS Logistics, s.r.o. in the sales department, where he worked his way up to a leading position within a short period of time. In 2018, he joined the multinational corporate company FM Logistic as the youngest sales representative. After being nominated for the talent program, he used the opportunity to gain theoretical and practical experience with the preparation and subsequent implementation of logistics orders abroad. He later applied this knowledge to his current position, where he is responsible for managing business activities throughout the Czech Republic and reports directly to top management. Currently, he is also dedicated to the development of green logistics and, in cooperation with our partners, oversees the implementation of these principles throughout the supply chain.

Motan Pavel

Pavel Motan has been helping with the digital transformation of medium and large enterprises in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for over 25 years. Myslík Vladimír

He started as a driver trainer and now he holds the position of CDM, where he is responsible for technical training of Volvo associates. He is a member of the Press Test team, testing vehicles and new technologies and helping to introduce and raise awareness of alternative powertrains among the public and customers.

Ondráček Lukáš

Lukáš Ondráček was appointed the head of the Czech and Slovak branch of DKV Mobility at the end of 2018. Before that he worked for Trost Auto Service Technik from 2004, where he became the executive director in 2011, being in charge of successful development of wholesale of spare parts for both commercial and passenger vehicles sold to more than 2,000 clients in the Czech Republic.  He started as a diagnostic tools and garage equipment specialist in the company. As a DKV Mobility management team member he is responsible for continuous market share increasing and successful fleet client market entry. He graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague with specialisation in road transport.

Pavel Osička is a successful and creative sales director of Linde MH CR, who for more than 19 years has intensively participated in the development of the sales department, setting up business processes, building a successful team and creating a unique comprehensive offer of products and services of this company. His approach to solutions for customers is based on the premise that modern times support the development of individuality, which is also reflected in the desire of today's demanding customers to have the most original and effective solutions possible. He is a member of organizations such as the Czech Logistics Association, the Union of Modern Energy and the Alliance for Energy Self-sufficiency. He considers his greatest achievements to be: MALL.CZ – the first largest e-commerce warehouse in the Czech Republic and the EU; MAKRO – pilot European project of Makro storage within the EU; KARLOVARIAN MINERAL WATERS – e-mobility for handling technology within the EU; DEK a.s. – participation in the expansion of the largest supplier of building materials for the Czech Republic and Slovakia; ABB – optimization of handling and storage within the Czech Republic.

Palek Jan

Palek Jan | Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at GLP

Jan Palek is the Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at GLP. Jan has been in charge of GLP's portfolio in both countries under the Goodman brand during the past years. Panenka Tomáš

Tomáš Panenka graduated from the University of Logistics in Přerov. During his studies he worked in the same field as a sales representative. He has been active in transportation and logistics for over 15 years. As he himself says, business is his life, and in 15 years he has made his way up to the position of Commercial Director at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, where he has worked for 4 years. During that time, he managed to build a successful business team both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time as the business, he also manages marketing and is no stranger to operational activities either. Throughout his tenure at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, side by side with the General Manager Mr. Chládek, he has been involved in the development of the company and large projects. One of his biggest successful projects is the transport of racing trucks to the DAKAR rallies.

Viktor Petráš

Viktor Petráš successfully graduated from the Informatics department at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He gained his first work experience from 2002 in the field of retail in the SPAR chain. Here he acquired a number of technical and managerial skills in the areas of IT and the organization of retail processes, also directly related to EDI issues. From 2007 he worked at EDITEL CZ, after its acquisition by the Austrian GS1. Later, Viktor Petráš took over responsibility for managing the sales and marketing department. After working at Diebold Nixdorf between 2014-2019, he returned to EDITEL with newly acquired experience from a global environment. He is currently engaged in the development of business activities in the areas of B2B communication and integration not only on the markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also on synergistic international activities within the broad European group of EDITEL companies.

Jan Pihar

Jan Pihar graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economics at the University of Technology in Brno. After graduating from college, he participated in a study exchange program in the USA. He joined DACHSER in 2004, when he was at the founding of DACHSER in Břeclav. Here he then worked as an executive and branch manager for four years. In 2008, he was appointed General Manager of the DACHSER Kladno branch, the company's largest branch in the Czech Republic. Přib Michal

Michal Přib has been working in the field of commercial real estate for more than 11 years, during which he has accumulated rich experience not only in the field of real estate consulting and industrial development. Rindt Jan

Rindt Jan | Aberle GmbH – Körber Logistics

Jan Rindt graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. After he completed his studies, he has been working for various companies specialising in logistics automation for more than 17 years. At first, he worked for NDC Praha, a company that later became a part of E&K Automation; he was gradually engaged in different positions as the head of mechanical design department, later as a project manager and sales representative. His main objective was implementation of AGV systems. Between 2007 and 2018 he worked for SSI Schäfer as a sales manager in charge for the automated systems sales department. Since June 2018, Jan has been working for Aberle GmbH, a member of the Körber Logistics group (belonging to the international technology group Körber) as the head of automated systems sales department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and as the manager of the branch in Prague.

Rumler Miroslav

Miroslav Rumler graduated from the Faculty of International Trade of the Prague University of Economics and Business.  He started his career in INSPEKTA a.s., a foreign trading company. Between 1991 and 1992 he studied for his postgraduate degree at the State University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in the United States, where he subsequently worked as an external consultant for The Limited Distribution Services Ltd., Columbus, Ohio. On his return from overseas, Miroslav started as the Country Operations Manager with Maccorp Holdings Ltd., a British financial company seated in London operating a network of branches all around Europe. Since 1994, he has been working for Reliant s.r.o., a professional training and consultancy company in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics. He is the managing partner of Reliant s.r.o.

Sobička Ondřej

Sobička Ondřej | Business Director and Procurator, HAPPY END CZ

Ondřej Sobička works as the Commercial Director and Procurator of HAPPY END CZ, a.s. He is in charge of product portfolio development, marketing and corporate business strategy. His main focus is on innovations in the field of labor safety in production and logistics operations. Playing active part in the SKLAD association, he initiated the tradition of regular industry research „Trends in Czech logistics“.

Sovička Pavel

Pavel Sovička started his professional career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent 10 years in total. Since 2008, he has been at the head of Panattoni as Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Panattoni Development Company is one of the world's largest privately held development companies with 53 offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Since starting operations in Central Europe in 2005, the company has completed a total of over 20 million m2 of modern industrial space. Pavel Sovička has 25 years of experience in industry in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He participated in transactions representing a total of more than 1,700,000 m2 of leased and sold space. Among the most significant projects under his leadership are, for example, a robotic distribution center for Amazon, as the first full-scale multi-storey industrial building in the Czech Republic in Panattoni Park Kojetín (the largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 187,000 m2), Amazon's distribution center in Panattoni Park Prague Airport I (the second largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 120,000 m2) and Panattoni Park Cheb, whose most important tenant is the company Tchibo (the third largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 105,000 m2).

Adam Suda

Adam has been working at TIMOCOM since February 2022 and holds the position of Strategic & Key Account Manager. The content of his work is mainly the optimization and digitization of logistics processes of customers. Adam has extensive knowledge in the management of important and key customers. Tollarová Tereza

Tereza Tollarová studied German philology and in the past worked in a managerial position in a company ensuring the protection of persons and property, which taught her strategic thinking and leading a team of people. At FEE Transport she has been working since 2022, when she first took up the position of dispatcher. Since she demonstrated the ability to effectively manage a team, she rose in the company to the position of head of the FEE Transport branch in Hranice. In her current position, she is responsible for the overall operation of the branch, customer and employee satisfaction. Based on the experience gained at FEE Transport, he makes decisions effectively and works on the long-term development of the Hranice depot, which contributes to its sustainable success.

Willert Aleš
