He has more than 20 years of experience in managing delivery networks and warehouse logistics. He worked at Česká pošta, where he was involved in the establishment of the Olomouc depot, and subsequently at DHL Supply Chain, where he led projects in the areas of chemical storage, process optimization, and automation. As warehouse manager for Honeywell and Eaton, he focused on increasing productivity, reducing complaints, and redesigning layouts. Since 2022, he has been managing the Ardon warehouse, where he optimizes processes, manages operations, and currently oversees the deployment of advanced automation technologies such as Miniload and Autostore.
