Kubica Tomáš | Head of Logistics Planning, Škoda Auto

He has been working for the Škoda brand for 20 years. He has held management positions in production and logistics since 2012. He began his experience with logistics at Škoda Auto in the area of shipping to foreign plants at the Parts Shipping Center. He then worked as the head of the Packaging Planning department. In 2015, he took over the management of the brand's Operational Logistics, with responsibility for projects such as the management of handling equipment for logistics operations at production plants in the Czech Republic. In 2018, he took over responsibility for internal logistics at the Mladá Boleslav I plant with the aim of securing the launch of the Octavia and Enyaq models. Since 2021, he has been Head of Logistics Planning, responsible for planning at all the company's plants in the Czech Republic and abroad.
