Konderlová Radka | Director General for Industry Cooperation, Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic

Radka Konderlová spent six years at the Czech Ministry of Defence, where, amongst other things, she led teams working on defence industry support, defence research and innovation. She focused on promoting international cooperation and participation in European and NATO programmes to support the defence industry and technologies, as well as on developing the technological capabilities of the Czech defence ecosystem. She led negotiations on programmes for the Czech industry’s involvement in strategic modernisation projects of the Czech Armed Forces (e.g. the procurement of 5th-generation F-35 supersonic aircraft or Leopard main battle tanks).
