Jakub Kodr is the Managing Director for the Czech Republic at CTP, a leading European developer of industrial and logistics parks. Thanks to his skills and broad knowledge of the real estate industry, he moved into key management positions shortly after joining the company in 2017 and has held the position of CEO for the Czech Republic since the beginning of 2025. His alma mater is the University of Economics in Prague. He also holds a prestigious MBA in Real Estate and is a qualified member of the MRICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
