Jaroslav Kaizr, Ph.D., MRICS, is a partner and managing director at DEMACO, where he oversees business development and asset management with the ambition of transforming not only brownfields into long-term performing assets. For more than twenty years, he has been involved in industrial real estate, particularly challenging projects for manufacturing companies that require an individual approach, smart solutions, and a good dose of ingenuity. He draws on his experience from leading teams at Cushman & Wakefield, CTP, and Savills to design tailor-made projects, from the initial business plan to stable operation. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2010 and has long promoted international standards and transparency in real estate valuation. At the University of Economics in Prague, he founded and oversees the MBA program in Real Estate Investment, Development & Valuation (MBARE), where he connects academia with practice.
