He has been working for the Škoda brand for 11 years. He began his career in logistics at Škoda Auto in the field of inbound process planning. He subsequently held the position of Logistics Planning Coordinator for the welding, pressing and paint shops. In 2019, he took on the role of Logistics Project Manager, with responsibility for the transformation and electrification of the production plant for the Enyaq and Elroq models. Since 2023, he has been heading the department responsible for packaging development and planning at Škoda Auto.
