Anděl Jiří | Manufacturing Solution manager, KONE Industrial – koncern

Jiří Anděl serves as Manufacturing Solutions Manager at KONE Industrial – koncern in Ústí nad Labem, the manufacturing subsidiary of KONE, a global leader in elevator and escalator solutions and services. He is responsible for introducing new manufacturing technologies, as well as designing, managing, and optimizing production processes and data management. His expertise focuses on integrating equipment for one-piece flow manufacturing, where each component is assigned to its specific end customer from the moment it enters the production line. This principle forms the foundation of the factory's operations. He is also responsible for implementing highly automated and robotic manufacturing solutions that ensure the plant remains competitive in the global market despite increasing pressure from Asian manufacturers.

Bohoš Štefan | Leasing Manager, 7R

Štefan Bohoš is responsible for 7R’s leasing operations in the Czech market, supporting project development and building client relationships. In his work, he focuses on the commercialization of modern warehouse and industrial spaces, as well as on providing solutions tailored to the needs of companies in the manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce sectors. He has experience in commercial real estate, leasing, and business development, gained previously at Panattoni and JLL.

Cihlářová Pavla | Director GS1 Czech Republic

Pavla Cihlářová studied the Prague University of Economics and Business. Having graduated, she worked as a mathematical analyst and an IT specialist in PORS Praha. At the beginning of the 1990s she was one of the first experts who had the opportunity to gain both theoretical and practical experience in the field of EDI within the Czech-German cooperation projects. She applied this experience as an EDI manager when she worked for EAN Czech Republic; she joined the organization in 1995. The Association EAN Czech Republic was later transformed into GS1 Czech Republic and Pavla Cihlářová became its director in 2006. In her position she has been supporting the dialogue between business partners mainly in the field of retail, FMCG and logistics for many years. She ranks among the leading promoters of standardization, electronization and digitalization. Pavla is a member of the GS1 in Europe Regional Executive Committee.

Fořt Marek | Senior Business Development Manager CL North-East Europe, CEVA Logistics

He has been working in Business Development and logistics for 17 years. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience at leading companies, including HOPI and DHL. He currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager, North-East Europe at CEVA Logistics, where he is responsible for the development of Contract Logistics across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. He specializes in designing tailored end-to-end logistics solutions and managing strategic business opportunities for key customers across a wide range of industries. His expertise lies in combining business strategy with practical operational solutions, with a strong focus on supply chain optimization and building long-term partnerships based on operational excellence and innovation.

Horváth Ladislav | Business Development Director, Industry & Automotive, Logio

Ladislav Horváth is a manager with more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, he has primarily connected quality and logistics with business development in the environment of serial production. He has held several senior commercial and managerial positions in the automotive industry. He graduated from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, specializing in Production Systems, Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, where he studied economics, and also completed an MBA at the Prague University of Economics and Business. During his studies, he completed a research stay at Kochi University of Technology in Japan, focusing on physics. He currently serves as Business Development Director for Automotive & Industry at Logio, where he draws on his extensive automotive industry experience to develop business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and design solutions for manufacturing and industrial companies.

Kodada Jan | Director of Sales and Marketing, Gebrüder Weiss Czech Republic

In 2007, he completed his master's degree at the Czech Technical University in Prague at the Faculty of Transport. Six years later, he successfully completed his doctoral studies at the same university and faculty. He has been in the field of logistics for more than 25 years. He worked in various management positions at MTC and Lagermax. Currently, he has been working at Gebrüder Weiss for 15 years, currently as a procurator, director of business and marketing of Gebrüder Weiss Czech Republic.

Kosmák Petr | Chief Business Development Officer, SIXT Czech Republic

Petr Kosmák graduated from the University of Economics, where he obtained a doctorate (Ph.D.) in franchising systems from the Faculty of International Relations. During his studies, he gained practical experience in banking, tourism, and the automotive industry. For almost 20 years, he was actively involved in the Scouting organization. He worked for Bank Austria, the CPI Group, the American CHOICE Group, and Vienna International, while also lecturing at the University of Economics and UCP. He specializes in services, including logistics, new products, and project management in leadership positions. He is the chairman of the supervisory board of the Czech SIXT. On September 1, 2025, he took on expanded responsibility for the development and sales of all SIXT Group products (operational leasing, van rental, international car rental, fleet management). He has comprehensive experience with companies providing services focused on successful sales, operations, and management.

Křen Jakub | Sales and Technical Manager for Intralogistics Solutions, Turck

Jakub Křen serves as the Sales and Technical Manager for Intralogistics Solutions at Turck, s.r.o., where he specializes in the implementation of RFID and RTLS technologies for the digitization of warehouses, production, and logistics processes. As part of the Turck Vilant Systems solution, he helps companies increase warehouse efficiency, automate inventory counts, track material movement in real time, and prevent shipping errors.

Landa Dominik | Co-shareholder and co-founder of OFF-DOCK Gdańsk

Previously Director of Strategy and Development at the Port of Gdańsk Authority, and Business Development and Intermodal Director at HHLA International GmbH. Prior to that, Operations Director for the Central East Europe Cluster at Maersk Line, and Business Development and Commercial Director at DCT Gdańsk. A passionate senior executive with a long track record in the maritime, transport, and logistics industry. He has been involved in major projects that have reshaped the logistics landscape in CEE, including the development of DCT Gdańsk's strategic vision and the execution of its commercial strategy, the introduction of the first direct call to the Baltics by the largest container vessels (AE10 service), and the deployment of the first shipping line intermodal services in Poland (AMBER and BALTIC EXPRESS). Graduate of Transportation and Logistics at the University of Gdańsk, and of the Executive MBA program run jointly by GFKM and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Mendibe Nuñez Iñigo | CEO at Adriatic Gate Container Terminal (ICTSI)

Iñigo Nuñez Mendibe joined the ICTSI group in 2021 as Senior Manager in the Global Commercial team. He then led Commercial for the terminals in Papua New Guinea, was part of the Durban project implementation team, and most recently served as Head of Strategy for Manila North Port. His education includes international business studies at Universidad CEU San Pablo (Spain), Boston University (USA) and Pontifícia Universidade Católica (Brazil).

Motan Pavel | Managing Director of K2 atmitec and co-owner of the K2 Group

Pavel Motan has been helping with the digital transformation of medium and large enterprises in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for over 25 years. During his career, he has participated in the analysis, implementation and subsequent development of the K2 ERP system in many companies, e.g. in the GIENGER, KOH-I-NOOR HOLDING, Stoklasa textile haberdashery and the PILANA organization. He is the CEO of K2 atmitec s.r.o. and co-owner of the K2 group, which is behind the development and distribution of business software - primarily the K2 ERP system and the K2 e-shop.

Ondráček Lukáš | Managing Director, Czech Republic and Slovakia, DKV Mobility

Lukáš Ondráček has served as Managing Director for DKV Mobility in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2018. Under his leadership, the company has successfully expanded its operations beyond its traditional services for transport companies to include the corporate fleet segment and has strengthened its position as a partner for the digitization and transformation of mobility. He has long focused on developing digital solutions for efficient vehicle management, streamlining operational processes, and supporting the transition to alternative fuels and electromobility. He has held management positions in the transportation and mobility sectors since 2008. He graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague with a degree in Road Transport.

Pavlíček Jan | CEO, Antwell Group

Jan Pavlíček is the Managing Director and founder of Antwell Group. He started his business in 1998 in the field of container transport and gradually built a company operating in road freight transport, truck servicing and commercial vehicle rental. Today, Antwell combines logistics services with its own technology, servicing capabilities and used commercial vehicle sales, providing services to clients across Europe.

Pihar Jan | Managing Director, Dachser Czech Republic

Jan Pihar graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Brno University of Technology. After graduating from college, he participated in a study exchange program in the United States. He joined DACHSER in 2004, when he helped establish the DACHSER branch in Břeclav. He then served there for four years as managing director and branch manager. In 2008, he was appointed General Manager of the DACHSER Kladno branch, the company’s largest branch in the Czech Republic. Since January 2019, Jan Pihar has served as CEO of DACHSER in the Czech Republic. 

Priban Daniel | Director Representative Office CZ&SK, TIMOCOM

Daniel founded and has been managing the Czech representative office of TIMOCOM since 1997. He is also the chairman of the Transport Fraud Working Group of the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association of the Czech Republic. He understands the challenges of digitalization in freight transport, he understands the customer's demands for benefits and concerns in implementing complex IT solutions and is able to perceive the current situation very accurately, while being able to describe exactly how the solutions offered can help the customer in its direction.

Rada Tomáš | Head of Sales, Bohemia - SysTech group

Tomáš Rada leads the sales operations of Bohemia - SysTech Group as Head of Sales. He joined the company in 2015 and is now responsible for developing business strategy, building relationships with key customers, and managing projects in the areas of intralogistics and warehouse process automation. He has contributed to the implementation of numerous projects focused on warehouse automation and the optimization of internal logistics. He specializes in comprehensive project management and the design of effective, tailor-made solutions for specific operations. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, where he majored in Mechanical Engineering and Management. He is an experienced sales manager with significant technical expertise and a passion for innovation in the field of warehouse automation.

Rumler Miroslav | Vice-President European Logistics Association & Partner Reliant

Miroslav Rumler graduated from the Faculty of International Trade of the Prague University of Economics and Business.  He started his career in INSPEKTA a.s., a foreign trading company. Between 1991 and 1992 he studied for his postgraduate degree at the State University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in the United States, where he subsequently worked as an external consultant for The Limited Distribution Services Ltd., Columbus, Ohio. On his return from overseas, Miroslav started as the Country Operations Manager with Maccorp Holdings Ltd., a British financial company seated in London operating a network of branches all around Europe. Since 1994, he has been working for Reliant s.r.o., a professional training and consultancy company in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics. He is the managing partner of Reliant s.r.o.

Schledorn Thomas | CEO, Andreas Schmid Group

Thomas Schledorn has been active in the logistics industry for 20 years and was appointed to the Executive Board of the Andreas Schmid Group in January 2026, becoming Chairman of the Executive Board in July 2026. More than 1 million shipments are transported across Europe each year via Andreas Schmid Spedition, and over 260,000 m² of logistics space is operated in contract logistics. The 39-year-old logistics expert has extensive international experience from various leadership roles within the industry. After holding positions at DB Schenker, where he was responsible for Business Development as well as European Collection & Distribution operations, he joined cargo-partner as Chief Operating Officer (COO). There, he played a key role in the company's integration into the Nippon Express Group and in expanding its European overland transport and contract logistics operations.

Sovička Pavel | Managing Director CZ&SK, Panattoni

Pavel Sovička has been active in the Czech and global real estate industries for more than 25 years. He began his professional career at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he spent a total of ten years. Since 2008, he has led Panattoni as managing director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. During his tenure, Pavel Sovička has been involved in transactions totaling more than 2,500,000 m² of leased and sold space. Among his most significant projects are, for example, Panattoni Business Park Prague Airport I and II, Amazon’s distribution centers in Dobrovíz, Chomutov, and Kojetín (the largest tenant in the Czech Republic, 327,300 m²), Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North (the first industrial building in the Czech Republic built according to the Net Zero Carbon principle for ZF Aftermarket), and Panattoni Business Park Cheb, whose most significant tenants are H&M (the second-largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 214,000 m²) and Tchibo (the third-largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 103,000 m²).

Valdman Stanislav | Senior Outside Sales & Head of Sales NVO Czech Republic, CMA CGM

Stanislav is an experienced business development and sales manager with many years of experience in the maritime industry. He has a strong professional background in business negotiations and the development of commercial activities related to the transport of goods in international trade. He began his professional career at the transport consulting company SUDOP PRAHA. He specialized in freight transport and worked on conceptual studies for the development of transport infrastructure in a number of countries, including the Czech Republic, Albania, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, and Ghana. This focus allowed him to understand transport logistics at a conceptual level, but the core of the field, with its real-world business challenges, remained hidden. He accepted the professional challenge of a maritime container shipping company and has been involved in the long-term development of maritime trade in the Czech Republic. His ability to combine conceptual knowledge with the real transport needs of manufacturing and commercial entities helps him in solving business cases. He is commercially responsible for the Czech Republic region and is in charge of key businesses and customers.

Veselá Simona | Real Estate Advisory - Industrial

Simona graduated in commercial law at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague. During her studies she started working for the international real estate consultancy Colliers International, where after gaining experience in financial controlling and property management she moved to the industrial real estate department in 2003, where she gradually rose to the position of Associate Director. In 2012, she decided to pursue her own career and started working in the industrial market as an independent consultant and broker. From 2012 to 2014 she worked closely with Erste Group Immorent. She also established cooperation with ČSOB Advisory, where she has been expanding the range of services of the advisory team to include real estate market issues as needed. In her work, she mostly deals with advising users of warehouse or production areas. Occasionally, she moderates expert panels focused on real estate-related topics.

Závodný Pavel | Technical Project Specialist AMR, AMTECH

Pavel has been with AMTECH for more than 10 years, specializing in AGV and AMR technologies throughout his career. His primary focus is on designing intralogistics solutions, developing case studies, and implementing autonomous mobile robots directly at customer sites. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience through dozens of successfully completed projects across a wide range of industries, including electronics manufacturing, mechanical engineering, the food industry, as well as distribution and logistics centers. Combining strong technical expertise with hands-on experience, Pavel designs efficient solutions tailored to the specific needs of each operation.
