An experienced manager who worked for many years at DHL Global Forwarding, including as Country Head of Ocean Freight Product. He has been with Austromar since 2014 and became chairman of the Maritime Club of the Czech Association of Forwarding and Logistics in 2021.

Dočkalík Vojtěch | Chief Operating Officer / COO, LogEx Logistics

Vojtěch has been working at LogEx Logistics since 2015. After studying at a school focused on informatics and economics, he joined the company as a dispatcher. After about 3 years, he became the head of the control room. After 9 years in the company, he started to participate in strategy, development and management as the operational director of the LogEx Logistics brand. Hanusek Martin | Business Development Manager, RICOH Czech Republic

Martin Hanusek was already involved in information technologies in the nineties of the last century. Since joining the German company IXOS Software in 1999, he has been fully dedicated to the design and implementation of solutions in the field of corporate content processing. He currently works for the company RICOH Czech Republic, and his main tasks include, together with customers, optimal ways to digitize documents and automate company processes. In doing so, he uses his rich experience in implementing solutions using various information technologies for customers across their size, focus and place of business.

Hlobil Ferdinand | Founder, FH+ real estate

Ferdinand Hlobil is the founder and co-owner of FH+ real estate s.r.o. He is one of the leading Czech experts in industrial real estate. He entered industrial real estate in 1993 and became one of the pioneers of this sector in the Czech Republic. Hromíř Vojtěch | Secretary General, ČESMAD Bohemia

Vojtěch Hromíř is a graduate of the Charles University in Prague and has more than twenty years of experience in the field of road transport. He has been the General Secretary of the largest Czech association of carriers since 2014. He is a member of the Council for Freight Transport of the International Road Transport Union (IRU) and the President of its Committee for the European Union. He works with the Faculty of Transport of the Czech Technical University in Prague and the University of Logistics. His activities are aimed at the benefit of Czech road hauliers, to ensure adequate conditions for their business. Jirsák Petr | Prague University of Economics and Business

Ing. Petr Jirsák, Ph.D., graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics in Prague with specialisation in business economics and management and secondary specialisation in logistics – international transport and forwarding. He is a co-author of several books and many expert articles in professional journals/popular magazines and scientific journals. Aside from being a speaker on international conferences he teaches at the University of Economics and at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden. He combines his scientific, research and teaching activities with consultancy in the field of supply chain management, while focusing mainly on demand prediction, material planning, warehousing, distribution strategies and, last but not least, on supply chain automation and digitalisation.

Miloš Mervart has been working at METRANS since March 2000. During his twenty-five years of practice, he has gained experience in both customer service and sales. Pamič Igor | Representative of Luka Koper p.l.c. for the Czech and Slovak market

Igor Pamič holds an MBA from the School of Economics and Business (University of Ljubljana). He took the position of the Representative of Luka Koper in September 2023. In his early career he worked in automotive industry for a slovenian Tier 1 supplier of TPCA, now Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic, and was responsible for delivering the components/parts on JIT bases directly to the production line. He also experienced a job on board of MSC Cruises. In the last 19 years he worked for Italian production companies, first as Head of Sales for CEE region and in the last 10 years as Global Sales Director.

Pátek Dalibor | Director of Internal Systems & Process Excellence, Rohlik Group

Dalibor Pátek graduated from Charles University in Prague with a degree in economics and went on to complete a master's degree in innovation project management at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. He began his professional career at Glencore Agriculture, where he served as head of logistics for the Czech Republic. In 2019, he joined TotalEnergies, where he was responsible for optimizing the logistics model and building a distribution center for Central Europe. Since 2021, he has been working for the Rohlik Group, where he has held various management roles in product management and operations excellence. He has focused on the development and optimization of processes in fulfillment centers and last mile, the integration of automation technology, and the automation of operational management. He currently holds the position of Director of Internal Systems & Process Excellence, where he is responsible for the strategy and development of key internal systems and for supporting international expansion through innovation, standardization, and process automation.

Petráš Viktor | Sales & Marketing Director CZ/SK at EDITEL CZ

Viktor Petráš successfully graduated from the Informatics department at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He gained his first work experience from 2002 in the field of retail in the SPAR chain. Here he acquired a number of technical and managerial skills in the areas of IT and the organization of retail processes, also directly related to EDI issues. From 2007 he worked at EDITEL CZ, after its acquisition by the Austrian GS1. Later, Viktor Petráš took over responsibility for managing the sales and marketing department. Polter Jan | Country Sales Manager Dachser Czech Republic

Ing. Jan Polter, MBA, graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics of the Czech University of Life Sciences with extended English language studies. After his studies, he completed a one-year working stay in Australia. In 2003, he joined the logistics company E.S.T. a.s. as a dispatcher of international transports and customer service worker and a year later he was already a project manager. His career is linked to Dachser, which entered into a joint venture agreement with E.S.T. in 2006. Jan was involved in the development of the company in the regions - he headed the Hradec Králové office - and was also responsible for the DACHSER Food Logistics division in the Czech Republic. In 2007, he became a proxy and since 2008 Jan has been the Commercial Director of Dachser Czech Republic. In his role, he brings many years of experience in logistics, especially in the field of acquisition and care of key customers, especially from multinational companies. As part of his further education, Jan completed an MBA at the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten, Germany, in 2014, majoring in Logistics Management.

Priban Daniel | Director Representative Office CZ&SK, TIMOCOM

Daniel founded and has been managing the Czech representative office of TIMOCOM since 1997. He is also the chairman of the Transport Fraud Working Group of the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association of the Czech Republic. Rindt Jan | Branch Manager, Körber Supply Chain Automation

Jan has been working at Aberle GmbH, a member of the Körber Logistics group of the international technology group Körber, since 2018, currently as Branch Manager. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. After graduation, he has been working for more than 17 years in various companies dealing with automation for logistics. At first it was NDC Praha, which was later integrated into E&K Automation, where he gradually worked in various positions, first as head of mechanical design, then as project manager and sales representative. The main task in these positions was the implementation of automated AGV systems. Between 2007 and 2018, he was a sales manager at SSI Schäfer, responsible for the automated systems sales department.

Zima Filip | Partner & COO Yottabe l CEO X-Care l Board member of the Cleaning and Cleaning Association (CAC)

Filip is a partner in the investment group Yottabe, where he holds the position of COO and strategically manages the technology part of the company's portfolio. At the same time, he works as the CEO of the X-Care division. With the help of autonomous sweeping robots under his leadership, the X-Care company achieves an increase in the quality of cleaning for clients and a reduction of all resources used for cleaning halls and warehouses by two thirds.
