Jan Andrus brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience, during which he has worked in residential, retail and industrial development. At P3 Logistic Parks, he is Head of Leasing for the Czech Republic, where he is responsible for leasing strategy and providing efficient logistics and warehousing solutions to a wide range of clients. Prior to joining P3, he led a number of large development projects. He gradually focused on the industrial and logistics real estate segment, where he developed a reputation for combining technical expertise with business objectives. He emphasizes efficiency, long-term value and smart use of industrial space in line with current market needs. His strategic approach and consistent customer focus play a key role in the development of P3's Czech portfolio as part of the company's pan-European platform.
