As Vice President and Country Manager of Prologis in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Martin Baláž is responsible for the entire Czech and Slovak company portfolio. He manages its investment projects and oversees rental activities in individual parks. He oversees all of Prologis' leasing and construction activities in both countries, as well as the company's real estate and project management activities. He joined Prologis in 2014 as Senior Manager for leasing and development in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Josef Černý graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University, majoring in Informatics. He began to deal with logistics through programming of integrated production systems including their material supply. Tomáš Panenka graduated from the University of Logistics in Přerov. During his studies he worked in the same field as a sales representative. He has been active in transportation and logistics for over 15 years. As he himself says, business is his life, and in 15 years he has made his way up to the position of Commercial Director at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, where he has worked for 4 years. During that time, he managed to build a successful business team both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time as the business, he also manages marketing and is no stranger to operational activities either. Rindt Jan | Aberle GmbH – Körber Logistics
Jan Rindt graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. After he completed his studies, he has been working for various companies specialising in logistics automation for more than 17 years. At first, he worked for NDC Praha, a company that later became a part of E&K Automation; he was gradually engaged in different positions as the head of mechanical design department, later as a project manager and sales representative. His main objective was implementation of AGV systems. Between 2007 and 2018 he worked for SSI Schäfer as a sales manager in charge for the automated systems sales department. Since June 2018, Jan has been working for Aberle GmbH, a member of the Körber Logistics group (belonging to the international technology group Körber) as the head of automated systems sales department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and as the manager of the branch in Prague.

Martin Tlapa, MBA is a graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business, Faculty of Business, and Sheffield Hallam University, CTU, Master of Business Administration (MBA). Currently, he works at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic as a deputy in charge of the section for non-European countries, economic and development cooperation. He received the Manager of the Year award twice. He lectures and publishes on the topics of trade and export policy of the Czech Republic and the EU, managerial approaches in the public sector and international competitiveness. In previous years, he worked for example at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, at the Czech Trade Promotion Agency/CzechTrade, at the Center for Foreign Economic Relations or at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Canada.

Tomanová Jana | Senior Broker Commercial Risk/Trade Credit, Aon CEE
Jana Tomanová works at Aon CEE as a Senior broker in the Commercial Risk / Trade Credit department. It mainly deals with receivables insurance, special financial products, guarantees and factoring on the Czech and Slovak markets. During her 14 years of experience in the field, she worked, among others, at the international insurance company Atradius Crédito y Caución S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, branch for the Czech Republic and other major brokerage companies. He regularly participates in international conferences on the topic of global financial risks.

Vágner Jiří | CEO, Chairman of the Board of SSI Energy
Jiří Vágner is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Technology in Brno. Since 1995, he has been dedicated to the preparation and implementation of projects in the fields of modern energy, especially ecological energy sources, combined production of electricity and heat, and significantly also projects using RES. He has a number of successful implementations for corporate clients, such as ČEZ, Veolia Energie ČR, MVV Energie or Pražská teplárenská. He also used his experience in the implementation of many projects in the field of industrial energy, where it is necessary to thoroughly understand the specific requirements of the client. At the same time the client has to be offered the most modern technologies and energy-saving solutions with high added value and minimal impact on the environment. Jiří was fully devoted to this customer segment at his previous place of work, ČEZ ESCO. In the SSI Group, where he has been working since 2019, he has been on the position of chairman of the board and CEO of SSI Energy since this year.

Vaněk Ondřej | Executive, PKV BUILD
Ondřej Vaněk, a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Technology in Brno, is an executive at PKV BUILD s.r.o., a partner in ENMON Technologies s.r.o. and a partner in PKV Investments s.r.o. The company PKV helps companies and public organizations measure and reduce their carbon footprint and energy consumption, deals with the long-term concept and sustainability of buildings, operations and the entire energy economy. Vavřička Lukáš | Safety Consultant Linde Material Handling
Lukáš Vavřička, DiS. works as a consultant for safe operation and handling at Linde Material Handling Czech Republic. His aim is to fulfill the objectives of the Linde Material Handling "Vision 0" project, i.e. to help warehouse and handling equipment operators in reducing the number of accidents and injuries in production and warehousing to the ultimate target of zero. Lukáš Vavrička has been dedicated to traffic safety throughout his professional career. He studied at the University of Hradec Králové, graduated from the Higher Vocational School and Business Academy in Chotěboř with a diploma in Occupational Safety Management. He then worked as a Health&Safety and Fire Prevention technician at Eport Group. From there he moved to Automotive Lighting, s.r.o. where he worked in the position of Health&Safety technician and Safety Liaison of the corporate WCM system. He is the holder of a number of certificates, including professional qualifications in Health&Safety, as well as an internal auditor of systems according to ISO 45001, 14001 and 50001.

Vesecký Richard | Head of the Department of Special Regimes - Methodology, Customs Administration of the Czech Republic
Since 2018, Richard Vesecký has been working as Methodist of the customs department of the General Directorate of Customs and Head of the Special Regimes Department. At the national level, he is responsible for the methodical management of customs matters towards customs authorities and the public - import and export processes and related customs formalities. He is a member of working groups for the development of electronic systems. He specializes in special customs regimes, customs procedures for e-commerce and entry operations - formalities associated with the entry of goods into the customs territory. He participates in the preparation of drafts of legal standards, their amendments and adjustments, including EU legislation in the customs area. At the EU level, he is a member of several working bodies of the European Commission (Expert group for special customs regimes, Customs expert group for general customs legislation, Expert group for e-commerce, Expert group for the INF system).
