Ján Franer has been working in the field of logistics for fifteen years. He started his journey as a warehouse operator in Opava. Subsequently, he transferred to the company RKL Opava, where he continued to work as a warehouse operator. In 2021, he slowly moved to his current position, where he devoted himself to the optimization of software processes in the warehouse. The areas of transport and collection services in the company were gradually added to this scope. Currently, he is dedicated to the overall optimization, digitization and automation of company processes not only in logistics, but also in transport. It tries to link logistics and transport into a complex whole with the help of modern information technologies and procedures in accordance with the specific requirements of customers. At the same time, he is dedicated to the modernization and digitization of individual sections of the company, in order to achieve simplicity and transparency of data.

Hynková Naděžda | Business Development Manager CZ&SK, ZF Group Commercial Vehicle Solutions, Transics International BV

Naďa joined ZF CVS (Commercial Vehicle Solutions, Transics International BV) in autumn 2021 and she is responsible for the sale of ZF/Transics brand products and services in the Czech Republic/SK. For almost 20 years, she worked at CCS Czech company for payment cards, s.r.o. (Fleetcor division) where she worked in several business positions, including managerial ones, and thus gained key experience in the field of fuel cards, telematics, tolls and management of the KAM and Acquisitions department. She participated in the expansion of services and products, including the launch of partner cooperation in the field of top-up cards and employee programs. She also has a year of experience in the health sector, where she represented the private clinic Iscara.

Jirsák Petr | University of Economics, Prague

Ing. Petr Jirsák, Ph.D., graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics in Prague with specialisation in business economics and management and secondary specialisation in logistics – international transport and forwarding. He is a co-author of several books and many expert articles in professional journals/popular magazines and scientific journals. Aside from being a speaker on international conferences he teaches at the University of Economics and at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden. He combines his scientific, research and teaching activities with consultancy in the field of supply chain management, while focusing mainly on demand prediction, material planning, warehousing, distribution strategies and, last but not least, on supply chain automation and digitalisation.

Kačírková Kateřina | Sales Manager, MD logistika

Kateřina Kačírková works at MD logistika as a sales manager. She is involved mainly in communication with existing and prospect clients, and she is in charge of negotiation of transport, warehousing and valued added services contracts. She joined the company in 2009; before that she worked for several logistic and retail companies in the field of food products sales and distribution (Findus CR a.s., Teekanne s.r.o., Transkam spol.s.r.o.).

 

Kodada Jan | Director of Sales and Marketing, Gebrüder Weiss Czech Republic

In 2007, he completed his master's degree at the Czech Technical University in Prague at the Faculty of Transport. Six years later, he successfully completed his doctoral studies at the same university and faculty. He has been in the field of logistics for more than 25 years. He worked in various management positions at MTC and Lagermax. Currently, he has been working at Gebrüder Weiss for 15 years, currently as a procurator, director of business and marketing of Gebrüder Weiss Czech Republic.

Kos Tadeáš | Operations Director CZ & SK, FM LOGISTIC CE

Tadeáš Kos has been active in the field of international logistics for almost twenty years. After experience with the family business and several years as F&B Manager in Manchester, he joined Dachser Czech Republic in 2006. After several international trainings, he graduated as a certified logistics manager from the Dachser Logistic Academy in Kempten and Cologne. Subsequently, he took up the position of head of the branch in Břeclav, later he also became a director of Dachser s.r.o. , where he managed several branches of contract logistics in the Czech Republic. During this time, he was also personally involved in or managed many national and international projects (e.g. in China, France, Germany, Slovakia or England). During the Covid-19 pandemic, he worked at ALZA SK as an operational manager of logistics locations in Slovakia and at VCHD Cargo, where he managed several projects abroad (Denmark, Germany, Italy). Since 2022, he has been working at FM Logistic Central Europe in the position of Operations Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia with responsibility for managing warehouse and transport activities on 4 logistics platforms with a total of 1,200 employees.

Kožej Vlastimil | Business Director of TSL Division OLTIS Group a.s.

He has been working in the OLTIS Group since 2000, first as a sales representative and since 2010 as the sales director of the TSL Division. He took part in the company's expansion into the Polish market, where, among other things, he actively participated in the implementation of logistics information systems. The company develops and supports business and marketing activities not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia and Poland. Before joining OLTIS Group, he worked for Allianz pojišťovna a.s., where he focused on corporate clients.

Krybus Roland | Principal Consultant, Miebach Consulting

Roland Krybus works as a Principal Consultant in the Eastern European branch of the German consulting and design company Miebach Consulting. He specializes in the conceptual and detailed design of Distribution Centers, overseeing implementations across various industries, including automotive, spare parts, FMCG, production, and fashion. With 12 years of experience at Miebach, Roland has successfully led projects in Europe (Germany, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Italy, Poland) and the Middle East (Dubai, Saudi Arabia).

Ludvik Milan | Country Manager, ZETES Czech Republic

Milan LUDVIK graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and he has been engaged in the field of automatic identification for 22 years. He works as the Country Manager for the Czech Republic in ZETES, a part of the multinational Panasonic corporation providing complex process optimisation solutions along the supply chain. These solutions include Packaging Execution, Logistic Execution, Proof Of Delivery and Direct Store Delivery, Field Service, In-Store Management and Track&Trace solutions ensuring full trackability and traceability.

Martínek Stanislav | Supply Chain Manager, Nestlé

Stanislav Martínek has worked for many years in managerial positions in the field of Supply Chain at Nestlé Česko. During his career, he gained a lot of experience in Supply Chain Management - from purchasing, planning, customer service to physical logistics. In the last period, he coordinates Nestlé logistics at the level of the entire CEE with a focus on optimization of the distribution network, management of logistics service suppliers, standardization and simplification of logistics processes. Within this area, he also works with his team on projects focused on sustainability and reducing carbon emissions. During his career, he participated in a number of major changes (change management) - both internally (integration within Nestlé, changes to the information system, organizational changes) and externally (optimal selection of a logistics partner, distribution center location strategy). He graduated from CTU, majoring in mathematical engineering.

Maťátko Václav | Chief Operating Officer / COO, FEE Transport

Václav is a long-time manager in the field of logistics, where he has been working for 24 years. During his career to date, he has participated in the development and building of transport and logistics companies (in the field of land transport, storage, trade) in both the private and corporate sectors. He worked in operational and strategic positions while building companies. Since 2016, he has been the director of FEE Transport s.r.o. with the task of managing and coordinating all branches within the Czech Republic with the aim of further development of the company. The company specializes in comprehensive logistics services according to customer requirements. Robert joined EDITEL 15 years ago as a technical consultant. Through the design and implementation of customer solutions in the field of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)gradually got to very complex B2B integration projects.

Mikolášik Vít | Board Member, ČD Cargo Logistics

Vít Mikolášik is a transport enthusiast who has been actively interested in transport for more than 15 years. It has an intermodal DNA, so it looks for the most efficient ways to cooperate between rail and road, but it also keeps an overview of sea and air transport. He is a graduate of CTU in Prague. He worked in various positions at the companies Future Age, Bohemiakombi, ČD Cargo, and since 2023 he has been a member of the board of directors of ČD Cargo Logistics, a.s.

Motan Pavel | Managing Director, K2 atmitec

Pavel Motan has been helping with the digital transformation of medium and large enterprises in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for over 25 years. During his career, he has participated in the analysis, implementation and subsequent development of the K2 ERP system in many companies, e.g. in the GIENGER, KOH-I-NOOR HOLDING, Stoklasa textile haberdashery and the PILANA organization.

He is the CEO of K2 atmitec s.r.o. and co-owner of the K2 group, which is behind the development and distribution of business software - primarily the K2 ERP system and the K2 e-shop.

Myslík Vladimír | Competence Development Manager, Volvo Group Czech Republic

He graduated from the University of Mechanical Engineering - field of transport and handling technology in Pilsen, Vladimír Myslík worked for 13 years as the Driver Trainer Manager of Volvo Trucks for Central Europe and is now responsible for the training of Volvo Group technical staff and conducts regular tests for journalists from Central and Eastern Europe. It tests new technologies within Europe for Volvo Trucks.

Novák Petr | Vice-Chairman of the HOPI Holding

Petr Novák is a member of the board of directors of HOPI Holding. With almost a quarter of a century of experience in the company, he became one of the key figures who contributed to its growth and success. He started his career at HOPI as the financial director of HOPI s.r.o., where he gradually took responsibility for other key departments of the company, such as transport, IT, HR and others. He participated significantly in the restructuring of the company and in the creation of HOPI Holding, as well as in the implementation of acquisitions. Between 2014 and 2023, he held the position of CEO of the group. In 2014, it also became part of the ownership structure of HOPI. Today, the HOPI Group operates in six countries and generates the largest revenues from logistics, warehousing and transport. In recent years, it has also expanded significantly in the areas of development, agriculture and food production.

Osička Pavel | Business Manager Linde Material Handling Czech Republic

Pavel Osička is a successful and creative sales director of Linde MH CR, who for more than 19 years has intensively participated in the development of the sales department, setting up business processes, building a successful team and creating a unique comprehensive offer of products and services of this company. His approach to solutions for customers is based on the premise that modern times support the development of individuality, which is also reflected in the desire of today's demanding customers to have the most original and effective solutions possible. He is a member of organizations such as the Czech Logistics Association, the Union of Modern Energy and the Alliance for Energy Self-sufficiency. Pamič Igor | Representative of Luka Koper p.l.c. for the Czech and Slovak market

Igor Pamič holds an MBA from the School of Economics and Business (University of Ljubljana). He took the position of the Representative of Luka Koper in September 2023. In his early career he worked in automotive industry for a slovenian Tier 1 supplier of TPCA, now Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic, and was responsible for delivering the components/parts on JIT bases directly to the production line. He also experienced a job on board of MSC Cruises. In the last 19 years he worked for Italian production companies, first as Head of Sales for CEE region and in the last 10 years as Global Sales Director.

Papánek Ladislav | Director of Digital Factory Division, Asseco CEIT

Ladislav studied industrial engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Žilina in Žilina. In 2013, he joined Asseco CEIT as a researcher in the Digital Enterprise division. He was part of the flexible logistics system planning team. Since 2016, he has led the department of simulations of production and logistics processes. In recent years, Ladislav has worked on many commercial and research projects in Central Europe, focused on the design and optimization of production, storage and logistics processes. Currently, he heads the Digital Enterprise division and develops cooperation between the University of Žilina and Asseco CEIT as part of his doctoral studies.

Pavlíček Jan | Owner of Antwell Group

Jan Pavlíček founded the company in 1998 as a natural person, in 2004 it changed to s.r.o., the beginning of the business only as a forwarding agent, then it also owned trucks and semi-trailers. At this moment, the company owns approximately 450 pieces of transport equipment, and the portfolio of services has grown to include rental, transport, service and service for passenger cars. The company is still owned by only one person.

Peřka Vojtěch | Business Developer, CTP

Vojtěch Peřka is an expert in the field of real estate, in which he has been active for 9 years. For the past 6 years, he has been working as a Business Developer at CTP, which is the largest developer of industrial-logistics parks in the Czech Republic and continental Europe. His focus in the company is the region of North and Central Moravia, where he also received professional education in the field of geography and regional development at the University of Ostrava.

Petráš Viktor | Sales & Marketing Director CZ/SK at EDITEL CZ

Viktor Petráš successfully graduated from the Informatics department at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He gained his first work experience from 2002 in the field of retail in the SPAR chain. Here he acquired a number of technical and managerial skills in the areas of IT and the organization of retail processes, also directly related to EDI issues. From 2007 he worked at EDITEL CZ, after its acquisition by the Austrian GS1. Later, Viktor Petráš took over responsibility for managing the sales and marketing department. After working at Diebold Nixdorf between 2014-2019, he returned to EDITEL with newly acquired experience from a global environment. He is currently engaged in the development of business activities in the areas of B2B communication and integration not only on the markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also on synergistic international activities within the broad European group of EDITEL companies.

Jan Pihar graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economics at the University of Technology in Brno. After graduating from college, he participated in a study exchange program in the USA. He joined DACHSER in 2004, when he was at the founding of DACHSER in Břeclav. Here he then worked as an executive and branch manager for four years. In 2008, he was appointed General Manager of the DACHSER Kladno branch, the company's largest branch in the Czech Republic. Rumler Miroslav | Managing Partner, RELIANT

Miroslav Rumler graduated from the Faculty of International Trade of the Prague University of Economics and Business.  He started his career in INSPEKTA a.s., a foreign trading company. Between 1991 and 1992 he studied for his postgraduate degree at the State University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in the United States, where he subsequently worked as an external consultant for The Limited Distribution Services Ltd., Columbus, Ohio. On his return from overseas, Miroslav started as the Country Operations Manager with Maccorp Holdings Ltd., a British financial company seated in London operating a network of branches all around Europe. Since 1994, he has been working for Reliant s.r.o., a professional training and consultancy company in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics. He is the managing partner of Reliant s.r.o.

Slečka Martin | Liquidator – Group Manager of the Claims Liquidation Department, SATUM CZECH

Having graduated from VOŠ AHOL College in Ostrava in 1998, he started his career in SATUM CZECH s.r.o. as a broker in the transport risk division, where he worked till 2002. In 2002 and 2003 he stayed abroad repeatedly. After his return from abroad he continued his work for SATUM CZECH s.r.o. where he specialises in training, consultancy and processing of claims connected with freight transport.

Sovička Pavel | Managing Director CZ&SK, Panattoni

Pavel Sovička started his professional career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent 10 years in total. Since 2008, he has been at the head of Panattoni as Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Panattoni Development Company is one of the world's largest privately held development companies with 53 offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Since starting operations in Central Europe in 2005, the company has completed a total of over 20 million m2 of modern industrial space. Pavel Sovička has 25 years of experience in industry in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He participated in transactions representing a total of more than 1,700,000 m2 of leased and sold space. Among the most significant projects under his leadership are, for example, a robotic distribution center for Amazon, as the first full-scale multi-storey industrial building in the Czech Republic in Panattoni Park Kojetín (the largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 187,000 m2), Amazon's distribution center in Panattoni Park Prague Airport I (the second largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 120,000 m2) and Panattoni Park Cheb, whose most important tenant is the company Tchibo (the third largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 105,000 m2).

Tylová Petra | Director of the Logistics and Distribution Division, Sluno

Petra Tylová has many years of experience in the direct operation of company logistics, data analysis and data integration, optimization and design of the warehouse and related processes, including goods tracking. In Slun, she was also involved in WMS implementations using mobile terminals or voice solutions. Aleš Willert has been working at C.S.CARGO since 2010. He first held the position of operations director (2010–2012) and then general manager and chairman of the board (2012–2018) of C.S.CARGO a.s. For the past four years, he has been the vice-chairman of the board and general manager of the entire C.S.CARGO group. However, he has devoted his entire working life to transport and logistics. He gained experience, among other things, as the operations director of the logistics company ESA s.r.o., or in the position of director and chairman of the board of Milktrans a.s. Aleš Willert is a graduate of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Aleš Willert has been working at ČESMAD BOHEMIA since 2012, when he became a member of the board for the Hradec Králové region. He is currently vice president and chairman of the trucking section.

Petr has been working at Adastra in the position of Sales director for Retail and Telco for the third year. He has more than 20 years of experience in the retail sector, which he gained as a sales director at IKEA CZHUSK. He devises diverse projects with quick returns for his clients, which he then sells.
