Zachař Viktor | Logistics Automation Project Manager, Škoda Auto

Viktor Zachař has been working for Škoda Auto for 27 years. He has held managerial positions in the field of production and logistics since 2016. He started his experience with logistics in the area of ​​Aftersales during process planning and subsequently managing the operations of spare parts warehouses. In 2015, he assumed responsibility for the technical support of the internal logistics of the MB I production plant with the aim of securing the operation of logistics technologies and systems. In 2017, he took over production management in the welding shop with responsibility for the fulfillment of the production program, product quality and the launch of the Octavia model. In 2019, he assumed a position within Brand Logistics Planning with process responsibility for the MB II plant - Fabia, Karoq and Kamiq models. From 2021, he is responsible for Automation in all Škoda Auto plants in the Czech Republic as part of Brand Logistics Planning.
