Jan Hirš has been working in telecommunications for more than 20 years. He currently works in the position of Tribe Lead Industry 4.0, where he focuses on the implementation of private 5G networks and solutions using their unique properties, especially in industry and logistics. He is also responsible for the "Centre of Excellence Industry 4.0" within Deutsche Telekom Europe.

Hohm Stefan | Chief Development Officer skupiny Dachser

Stefan Hohm started working at Dachser as early as 1992 during his studies at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). After completing his studies, he started his career as a consultant for the development of warehouse systems in Munich, where he worked for 6 years. In 2004, he became Branch Manager of the German branch of Dachser Erfurt, and in 2008 he moved to Hof, Germany, to the position of General Manager of the logistics center there, which also serves customers in the western part of the Czech Republic. During his career, he completed an MBA. Since 2016, Stefan Hohm has been working at the headquarters in Kempten, Germany, first in the position of Corporate Director, Corporate Solutions, Research & Development and from 2021 as a member of the board of directors in the position of Chief Development Officer. He is responsible for research and development projects of the entire Dachser Group and their implementation in logistics practice.

Hrbáčková Gabriela | Managing Director, Hofmann Personal Česká republika

Gabriela Hrbáčková has more than 19 years of experience in the field of personnel services and management. She currently works as the director of the HR company Hofmann Personal, where she is responsible for strategic clients, overall strategy and company development. Gabriela is also actively involved in several important organizations. She is the vice-president of the management committee of the Association for Foreign Investments (AFI), the vice-president of the Association of Personnel Service Providers and a member of the board of directors of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Czech Republic. Through its efforts in the field of legislation, it tries to bring about positive changes and contribute to the development of the given sector.

Janatová Zuzana | Business Development Manager Hydrogen for Mobility, CZ, SK & HU, AIR PRODUCTS

Zuzana Janatová has been working at Air Products since 2005. During her 18 years of experience in the industry, she worked in various positions in the large-capacity industrial gases and marketing division, among others. Since 2020, she has been responsible for market development in the field of hydrogen mobility and hydrogen infrastructure in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. She studied economics at the J.E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.

Jirsák Petr | University of Economics, Prague

Ing. Petr Jirsák, Ph.D., graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics in Prague with specialisation in business economics and management and secondary specialisation in logistics – international transport and forwarding. He is a co-author of several books and many expert articles in professional journals/popular magazines and scientific journals. Aside from being a speaker on international conferences he teaches at the University of Economics and at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden. He combines his scientific, research and teaching activities with consultancy in the field of supply chain management, while focusing mainly on demand prediction, material planning, warehousing, distribution strategies and, last but not least, on supply chain automation and digitalisation.

Kamola Marcin | Commercial Manager, Baltic Hub

Marcin Kamola, Commercial Manager, Baltic Hub. At Baltic Hub from 2012; responsible for responsible for the company’s relationships with all existing or potential customers including sales pipeline and sales development of new products. During his career in Baltic Hub he was also active in development of intermodal services as well as marketing, customer service and communications. Before joining Baltic Hub, Marcin was working in the railway industry. Graduate of University of Gdańsk and the University of Warsaw.

Kodada Jan | Director of Sales and Marketing, Gebrüder Weiss Czech Republic

In 2007, he completed his master's degree at the Czech Technical University in Prague at the Faculty of Transport. Six years later, he successfully completed his doctoral studies at the same university and faculty. He has been in the field of logistics for more than 25 years. He worked in various management positions at MTC and Lagermax. Currently, he has been working at Gebrüder Weiss for 15 years, currently as a procurator, director of business and marketing of Gebrüder Weiss Czech Republic.

Královič Peter | Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, BOGE Elastmetall Slovakia

Peter Královič has been working at BOGE Elastmetall Trnava for 13 years, of which 11 years in the position of coordinator for lean production. He is responsible for optimizing production and logistics processes. As part of his job, he improves information and material flows. Organizes and leads various trainings and improvement teams focused on process improvement through various lean manufacturing tools such as VSM, SMED, 5S, etc.

Kučerová Ivana | D-PLOY

Ivana has been working for D-Ploy since September 2018. Before that she worked as a Senior Key Account and Project Manager in Ranstadt, where she was in charge of existing clients management and business development throughout the Czech Republic, as well as preparation of business analyses for new investors entering the market, and solution proposals, including concrete steps: what to do, and how to approach the human potential.

Kvapilík Marek | Senior Account Manager, GX Solutions Bohemia

Marek Kvapilík has been working at GX Solutions Bohemia for more than seven years, of which he has held the position of Senior Account Manager for the last five years. It deals not only with sales, but also with comprehensive consultations and proposals for our telematics solutions and security systems. Petráš Viktor | Sales & Marketing Director CZ/SK at EDITEL CZ

Viktor Petráš successfully graduated from the Informatics department at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He gained his first work experience from 2002 in the field of retail in the SPAR chain. Here he acquired a number of technical and managerial skills in the areas of IT and the organization of retail processes, also directly related to EDI issues. From 2007 he worked at EDITEL CZ, after its acquisition by the Austrian GS1. Later, Viktor Petráš took over responsibility for managing the sales and marketing department. After working at Diebold Nixdorf between 2014-2019, he returned to EDITEL with newly acquired experience from a global environment. He is currently engaged in the development of business activities in the areas of B2B communication and integration not only on the markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also on synergistic international activities within the broad European group of EDITEL companies.

Bohumil Tejnicky has got more than 15 years of global experience in the field of automated intralogistics. He participated in the implementation of warehouse automation in more than 100 companies worldwide, as well as in the development of automatic vertical stackers and software. He works currently as Managing Partner at VertiFlex, an official partner of Weland Solutions, Swisslog and Geek+ and supplies integrated logistics solutions in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Bohumil Tejnicky is also the developer of the unique software for automated storage VertiNode Ai, which uses artificial intelligence to optimize processes. His ultimate goal is to set the direction for the world development of warehouse automation from the Czech Republic.

Urban Tomáš | CEO, Mrazírny Eurofrost and FROSTTRANS

Tomáš Urban has been working within the Eurofrost group since 2013, and since 2018 he has been leading it from the position of CEO. It focuses mainly on its expansion from a small family business into a stable company specialized in the logistics of frozen and chilled foods. Since 2013, he has also led the company FROSTTRANS s. r. o., which deals in the transportation of frozen and refrigerated food. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University.

Zachař Viktor | Logistics Automation Project Manager, Škoda Auto

Viktor Zachař has been working for Škoda Auto for 27 years. He has held managerial positions in the field of production and logistics since 2016. He started his experience with logistics in the area of ​​Aftersales during process planning and subsequently managing the operations of spare parts warehouses. In 2015, he assumed responsibility for the technical support of the internal logistics of the MB I production plant with the aim of securing the operation of logistics technologies and systems. In 2017, he took over production management in the welding shop with responsibility for the fulfillment of the production program, product quality and the launch of the Octavia model. In 2019, he assumed a position within Brand Logistics Planning with process responsibility for the MB II plant - Fabia, Karoq and Kamiq models. From 2021, he is responsible for Automation in all Škoda Auto plants in the Czech Republic as part of Brand Logistics Planning.

Zobaníková Radka | Business and Marketing Manager, 4IGV

Radka Zobaníková holds the position of business and marketing manager of 4IGV for the Czech and Slovak Republics. 4IGV is a distributor of Agilox autonomous smart trucks and other efficient solutions for automated transport and storage. Radka Zobaníková graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Business Administration. Her current main tasks at 4IGV include managing all marketing activities, developing business opportunities, acquiring and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
