Pavel Sovička started his business career in Cushman & Wakefield where he spent 10 years in total. Since 2008 he has been leading Panattoni Europe as the Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has 20 years of experience in the industry in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He was engaged in transactions representing 1,500,000 m² of leased and sold premises. The key projects managed by Pavel Sovička include for example Panattoni Park Prague Airport I and II, the Amazon distribution centre in Dobrovíz (the largest leased industrial building in the Czech Republic having the area of 120 000 m²), Panattoni Park D5 / Stříbro and Panattoni Park Cheb with Tchibo as the most important tenant (the second largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 75 000 m²).
