Martina Šilhánová has been dedicated to corporate social responsibility and sustainability for more than 10 years, mainly in the field of FMCG. She was one of the founders of the National Food Collection, initiated by Tesco in 2013. Since the beginning of her work at Nestlé in 2015, she has been cooperating with food banks with the aim of preventing food waste and helping people in need. At Nestlé, she is in charge of the concept of creating shared values. Protecting the environment and achieving zero net emissions is a top priority for Nestlé. In the autumn of 2020, the company presented its commitments and goals for 2050 and the way to achieve them.
