As senior vice president and country manager of Prologis for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, Martin Baláž is responsible for the entire Czech, Slovak and Hungarian portfolio of the company. He manages its investment projects and oversees rental activities in individual parks. He oversees all Prologis leasing and construction activities in the countries, as well as the company's property management and project management activities.
He joined Prologis in 2014 as senior manager for leasing and development for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Before that, he worked as an associate partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the industrial and retail space department in Slovakia and the industrial real estate department in the Czech Republic.

Ing. Pavla Cihlářová studied the University of Economics in Prague. Having graduated, she worked as a mathematical analyst and an IT specialist in PORS Praha. At the beginning of the 1990s she was one of the first experts who had the opportunity to gain both theoretical and practical experience in the field of EDI within the Czech-German cooperation projects. She applied this experience as an EDI manager when she worked for EAN Czech Republic; she joined the organization in 1995. The Association EAN Czech Republic was later transformed into GS1 Czech Republic and Pavla Cihlářová became its director in 2006. In her position she has been supporting the dialogue between business partners mainly in the field of retail, FMCG and logistics for many years. She ranks among the leading promoters of standardization, electronization and digitalization. Pavla is a member of the GS1 in Europe Regional Executive Committee.

RNDr. Josef Černý graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University, majoring in Informatics. He began to deal with logistics through programming of integrated production systems including their material supply. Between 1993 and 1999, he was the Managing Director of a company engaged in the supply of information systems for the management of warehouse and manufacturing operations. Since 2000 he has been working at ICZ a.s., where he held the position of consultant and head of logistics department. The Antwerp Port Authority has enlarged the network of its representatives abroad with a new delegate for the Central and Eastern Europe. Since March 1, 2017 Mr. Martin Hubeňák represents the Antwerp Port Authority at the local markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and in Poland. One of his many tasks will be improving the perception of the Antwerp Port Authority brand as well as broadening of railway connections network between the Antwerp Port Authority and the above-mentioned countries of the Central and Eastern Europe. Ing. Petr Jirsák, Ph.D., graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics in Prague with specialisation in business economics and management and secondary specialisation in logistics – international transport and forwarding. Kovařík Milan | Executive Director, EPAL National Committee Czech Republic and Slovakia
Ing. Milan Kovařík, MBA graduated from the university with specialisation in road and urban motor transport, and he continued his studies by an international marketing programme at the Czech Management Institute ESMA. He devoted a considerable part of his career to the field of finance, while working in management positions for example in Credit Suisse or Allianz. Since 2012 he has been focusing on occupational safety and health protection management in accordance with OHSAS 18001. He has been representing the EPAL National Committee for the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2016. He is in charge of the overall committee operations, communication with the headquarters in Düsseldorf, cooperation with holders of the EPAL licence for EPAL pallet production or repairs, and last but not least for communication and cooperation with the Czech and Slovak public authorities.
Kubina Tomáš | Director of Logistics for the Prague region at Česká pošta
Tomáš Kubina works as the Director of Logistics for the Prague region at Česká pošta. He joined the company in September last year and, in addition to managing the logistics of delivering parcels and letters, he is heavily involved in the systemic changes that are taking place in Česká pošta in this area. Martin Peleska started his career in the automotive industry in 1999: he worked for Ford Motor Company in various post-sales services, sales, fleet management and dealer network development positions. Since 2006 he has been working for the representation of Toyota a Lexus where he started as a sales manager. Between 2009 and 2012 he worked in the Toyota Motor Europe headquarters in Brussels where he was in charge of sales and production planning and later also pricing of selected models. Jiří Štrupl, born in Hradec Králové, where he used a bicycle as a means of transport for all occasions, including year-round daily rides to the local Božena Němcová grammar school with a special focus on programming. Shortly after graduating from the Faculty of Transport at the Czech Technical University (vehicle design under the direction of V. Král) in Prague, he worked at Highgate Private Hospital in London as a designer of database systems.
