Ing. Jakub Holec, SIOR, MRICS - Jakub is the owner and executive director of 108 AGENCY. He founded the company in 2009 and he is personally involved in a number of key transactions. He is mainly in charge of development of the company and building customer relations. Jakub decided to start his business because he wanted to establish a company that would build on perfect knowledge of the Czech market.  He believes in individual approach to clients and “out of the box” thinking. He is convinced this way of thinking will provide a long-term competitive advantage to 108 AGENCY.
