Martin in his ten-year experience in the real estate market collaborated with leading developers in the Czech Republic and acted as a deputy in leasing properties for domestic and foreign manufacturing, trading and logistics companies. During this time, he was involved in making leasing transactions in extent of approximately 600,000 m2. His clients involved companies such as SumishoGlobalLogistics, FEI, UTi, FAST ČR, Werco, LGI nebo STOW. In 108 Agency he leads the department of industrial real estate in the Czech Republic. He is also focused on tenant representation in the process of looking for new premises or renegotiation conditions of lease contract. At the same time focusing on tenant representation in the process of finding new space or renegotiating the terms of leases.
