Olga graduated from the Faculty of Science at Prague Charles´University. Later she focused on the field of market research. She has been holding position of Project Manager at NMS Market Research since 2015. She is responsible for customer service where she specializes in customer experience. Olga has gained her hands-on experience in numerous researches through mystery shopping in HORECA segments, retail, or banking.
