Jakub Holec is the owner and managing director of 108 AGENCY, Czech real estate consulting company. Jakub established the company 108 AGENCY as a consulting agency in the field of industrial real estates. Today, the agency is specialized and works in the whole sector of commercial estates in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. Jakub graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering. First experiences in the field of properties he gained already during his studies when he collaborated on several developing projects in the Czech Republic and passed a working stay in companies in France and China. After graduation, he worked at the post of commercial consultant in the Prague branch of the international property consultancy King Sturge. Then he established his own company, 108 AGENCY. During the time, he collaborated with the leading real estate developers in the Czech Republic and represented Czech and foreign companies in leasing and selling real estates. One of his first transactions in the field of real estate consulting was an acquisition of the industrial compound Mrazírny Mochov with area of 55,000 square meters. He also participated in finding a new headquarters of ČERVA with 33,000 square meters or in the sale of 33 hectares commercial estate SKANSKA Property. Since establishing 108 Agency, which at the beginning was active in the sector of industrial properties he developed its orientation to the whole segment of commercial properties in the Czech Republic. In 2013, he extended its operation to the Slovak market. Jakub is currently engaged in the management and development of the company, which today besides providing leasing and sale of commercial real estates provides all-embracing administration, marketing and investment consultancy. Among the company clients there are Czech and international firms from the various fields of business, mostly from the field of e-commerce, logistics, wholesale, automotive or real estate development.
