Radomír Bača studied economy and business administration. In the past he worked as a sales representative of Česká spořitelna. Since 2008, he has been working as a sales representative of CID International, a.s., a member of the OLTIS GROUP. He is in charge of the Czech and Slovak markets and focuses mainly on transport, forwarding and warehousing.

Budzel Marián | Sales & Customer Relations Manager CZ / SK

Marián Budzel has been working in the field of logistics for more than 10 years. In Raben Logistics Czech he previously worked as a Key Account Manager and his results were among the best in the Raben Group. Since 2015, just owing to his long-standing business, operational and managerial experience, he has been holding at Raben the position of Commercial manager for the Czech and Slovak Republic. He graduated from the Technical University in Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He speaks fluently English and Polish.

Bystrian Viktor | Chief Commercial Officer

Chief Commercial Officer, Viktor Bystrian has served in commerce management positions at the AWT Group since 2008. He participated, for example, in the development of combined transport in the Group, in the growth and utilization of the terminal in Ostrava-Paskov, or in the expansion of logistics services provided to the automotive industry. He received his economic education at the Matej Bel University in Slovakia, and has also studied marketing, management, and commercial law in the USA and logistics and maritime transport management in Denmark.

Černý Bohuslav | Business Development Manager Automotive CEE

Since 1999 he has been working at Schoeller Allibert, at first as a salesman, later as a Key Account Manager. From 2013 in the position of Sales Manager for CZ and SK. From 2016 in the position of Business Development Manager Atomotive CEE.

Čížková Ivana | Ranstad

For already five years she has been working in the field of personnel management as Senior Key Account and Project Manager. Besides development of trade around the Czech Republic with existing customers her main job is processing business analyses for new investors entering the market and also suggestion of solutions, including steps – what to do and how to address the human potential.

Dobšovič Petr | Info21

Petr Dobsovic studied engeneering in Brno where he further developed his experience in implementing companywide systems for manufacturing companies. Today, for more than 12 years, he focuses in managing his company Info 21 as its CEO. The company is working on the development and the implementation of the systems Lighthouse21, ERP systems and SAP Business One.

Hejl Martin | THIMM Packaging

The company THIMM Packaging is one of the most important manufactors of corrugated cardboard in the Czech Republic. Martin Hejl has been working there since 1997. He maintaines the position of CEO for 16 years. He studied engeneering in Prague and in THIMM, his responsibilities consist of the sales, marketing, and development departments.

Holec Jakub | owner and managing director of 108 AGENCY

Jakub Holec is the owner and managing director of 108 AGENCY, Czech real estate consulting company. Jakub established the company 108 AGENCY as a consulting agency in the field of industrial real estates. Today, the agency is specialized and works in the whole sector of commercial estates in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. Jakub graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering. First experiences in the field of properties he gained already during his studies when he collaborated on several developing projects in the Czech Republic and passed a working stay in companies in France and China. After graduation, he worked at the post of commercial consultant in the Prague branch of the international property consultancy King Sturge. Then he established his own company, 108 AGENCY. During the time, he collaborated with the leading real estate developers in the Czech Republic and represented Czech and foreign companies in leasing and selling real estates. One of his first transactions in the field of real estate consulting was an acquisition of the industrial compound Mrazírny Mochov with area of 55,000 square meters. He also participated in finding a new headquarters of ČERVA with 33,000 square meters or in the sale of 33 hectares commercial estate SKANSKA Property. Since establishing 108 Agency, which at the beginning was active in the sector of industrial properties he developed its orientation to the whole segment of commercial properties in the Czech Republic. In 2013, he extended its operation to the Slovak market. Jakub is currently engaged in the management and development of the company, which today besides providing leasing and sale of commercial real estates provides all-embracing administration, marketing and investment consultancy. Among the company clients there are Czech and international firms from the various fields of business, mostly from the field of e-commerce, logistics, wholesale, automotive or real estate development.

Hruška Radek | ŠKODA AUTO

Radek Hruska has been an employee in SKODA AUTO since 2001. After finishing the trainee programe, he entered the department of production planning. Focusing on inner logistics and material flow where his responsibilities consisted of planning the transfer of pallets for SKODA factories. In 2013 – 2015 he finished a foreign intership in Russia, where he cooperated on the project with VW and GAZ. Today he handels logistics of all the packing of SKODA. He gained 10 years of experience with packaging and pallets intended for automotive parts.

Janecek Vít | Inotec Barcode Security

2001-2007 Worldmark International – worldwide company, producer of ID products. Position in the company: Key Account manager - responsible for existing customers and new customers, sales and technical support. Area of my responsibility – Czech and Slovak Republic.2007-2009 Nedelko CZ – part of Dutch company – Brady distributor. Identifications and Safety products. Position in the company: Business Manager.2009-now Inotec Barcode Security, european company producing identification solutions – RFID, selfadhesive labels for different kind of aplications. Position in the company: Sales Manager CEE. Full responsibility of introduction new company on market, including sales strategy, marketing activity and sales.

Kaizr Jaroslav | Business Director in CTP

Mr. Jaroslav Kaizr joined CTP in May 2014 as a Business Director. In 2003, Mr. Kaizr received a Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Prague in the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, and joined the industrial team in the Prague branch of international real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) the same year. Jaroslav completed his Master’s degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2009, at the Faculty of Real Estate Investment and Management. He became a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2010. Since 2013, he has also been a member of RICS board of directors. Since he joined CTP, the company portfolio has grown from 2.2 million m² to 2.8 million m², with expected growth to 3.1 million by the end of 2015.

Kolářová Kateřina | SYBA

She studied landscape architecture in Brno and she completed her education in the Nederlands, in the packaging institut NVC. Since 2014 she has been working for SYBA as a project manager. Her responsibilities consists of organizing the OBAL ROKU competition, editing the on-line newsleter CS Packaging News and her specializations include packaging design and the coordination of expert working groups.
As a representative of SYBA she represents the interests of the Czech packaging manufacturers in the World Packaging Organization and she is an active participant of various seminars and conferences.

Kotyza Jindřich | Professional Consultant, DATA SOFTWARE BRNO

Ing. Jindřich Kotyza has been working for Linde Material Handling Česká republika s.r.o. for 25 years. Since 2008, he has been the CEO of the company; before he worked as a sales manager for a long time. Under his leadership, Linde Material Handling Česká republika has successfully developed the portfolio of their services, for example in the field of shelf system deliveries or CNG-driven forklift technology. In his leisure time, Jindřich Kotyza is an active sportsman; he plays golf, skies and cycles. He speaks fluent English and German.

Leibrandt Martin | CEO of European Pallet Association e.V.

Longtime leadership, experience national and international in different areas of logistics and most recently responsible as operation manager for important closed pool provider.

Míček Tomáš | Country Head Czech Republic, P3 Logistic Parks

Tomáš Míček was appointed as P3 Country Head for the Czech Republic in 2014. He joined the company in 2010 as Acquisition & Development Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and has been involved in a number of significant BTS projects since, including P3 Prague D1 and P3 Prague D8. During a 20-year career in the construction field, Tomáš has worked for a variety of general contractors and subcontractors, such as Unistav, TK Development and Prologis, as well as an independent advisor for private investors. One of his most challenging previous management roles was to develop and operate a portfolio of 1.0 million m2 of industrial space. Tomáš is a graduate of Brno Technical University where he majored in civil engineering.

Nieuwesteeg Michael | managing director of NVC Netherlands Packaging Centre

NVC (founded in 1953) is the association of companies addressing the activity of packaging throughout the supply chain of packaged products. The NVC membership, innovation projects, information services and education programme stimulate the continuous improvement of packaging. Before joining the NVC (1997) Michael was business unit manager within a major medical corporation with worldwide responsibility for the development, manufacturing and sales of intracorporeal medical microsensors in cardiology, urology and neurology. He worked as a member of scientific staff in semiconductor research at a large consumer-electronics and healthcare multinational before that. After graduating in Chemistry (Utrecht University, with honours) and Chemical Engineering (Twente University) he was editor-in-chief of a monthly popular-scientific magazine in The Netherlands for two years (1984-85). Michael is board member of the World Packaging Organisation (WPO), secretary of the European Packaging Institutes Consortium (EPIC) and chairman of the Netherlands Packaging Standardisation Committee. As member of the Convenors Action Group (CAG) within ISO he was closely involved in the development of the world standards on packaging and environment. He is currently closely involved in packaging as driver for e-commerce, new financing methods for packaging innovations and in more sustainable and effective ways of continuous business education in packaging (e.g. on-line).

Novák Jiří | Security Director and Head of the Internal Audit Department, ČEPRO

During his 22-years work experience with the Police of the Czech Republic, Jiří Novák specialized in economic and financial crime, and then he worked in the Police top management as the Director of the Corruption and Financial Crime Unit, and later as a Deputy Police President.
Since 2011, he has been working as the Security Director and Head of the Internal Audit Department of ČEPRO, a. s. He is a member of the board of the Czech Association of Security Managers. In addition to his key assignment in the company, he also deals with issues related to compliance and criminal liability of legal entities.

Petřík Martin | Head of Marketing, Linde Material Handling Česká republika s.r.o.

Ing. Martin Petřík graduated at the Faculty of electrical engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague, works for Linde Material Handling Česká republika since 2003, originally as sales manager for service, since 2012 as Head of Marketing. Earlier he worked in the consulting company Galileo Management Consultants as Key Account Manager, before that as Sales Manager in the publishing company Economia, a.s.. Martin Petřík speaks English and his hobbies are among others golf and mountain trekking.

Ramešová Olga | Project Manager, NMS Market Research

Olga graduated from the Faculty of Science at Prague Charles´University. Later she focused on the field of market research. She has been holding position of Project Manager at NMS Market Research since 2015. She is responsible for customer service where she specializes in customer experience. Olga has gained her hands-on experience in numerous researches through mystery shopping in HORECA segments, retail, or banking.

Strašil Vratislav | Managing Director and CEO of Porsche Czech Republic

Before he took over the leadership positions at the largest importer of cars to the Czech Republic, he managed the Volkswagen brand in Russia. He managed importing car of the same brand in the Czech Republic too. In addition, he managed SEAT brand in Sweden and previously served as the chief of export region southwestern Europe at ŠKODA AUTO, where he was employed since 1994.

Šándor Andor | Security Consultant

Gen. Andor Šándor is the former Chief of Defence Intelligence of the Czech Republic and an acknowledged expert in security, terrorism, threats and crisis management. Currently he works as a private security consultant.  Andor Šándor is also an author of many security themed publications and expert works, he devotes himself to lecturing and regularly appears in main  media.

Štancová Katarína | advisor for intermodal transport at Antwerp Port Authorities

Her prior professional experience includes position of commercial manager at Alpha Trains, previously she worked as credit manager at the Coordination centre of BASELL Polyolefins NV in Brussels or assistant director of the International EU Organisation SCI in Antwerp and held various professional positions in other companies.
Beside her native Slovak Katarina is fluent in five other languages (Dutch, English, German, Russian and Czech). She graduated from the University of Economics, Faculty of Business with MA in International Trade.

Šumera Martin | 108 AGENCY

Martin in his ten-year experience in the real estate market collaborated with leading developers in the Czech Republic and acted as a deputy in leasing properties for domestic and foreign manufacturing, trading and logistics companies. During this time, he was involved in making leasing transactions in extent of approximately 600,000 m2. His clients involved companies such as SumishoGlobalLogistics, FEI, UTi, FAST ČR, Werco, LGI nebo STOW. In 108 Agency he leads the department of industrial real estate in the Czech Republic. He is also focused on tenant representation in the process of looking for new premises or renegotiation conditions of lease contract. At the same time focusing on tenant representation in the process of finding new space or renegotiating the terms of leases.

Voorspuij Jaco | GS1 Global Office as Senior Manager Transport & Logistics

Jaco Voorspuij successfully completed the CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) CIPM (Certified in Production Management) educational programmes of the APICS (The organization for Operations Management) after completing his BSc in Business Information and BSc in Physics from the University of Utrecht.
Over the course of his career spanning some 25 years Jaco Voorspuij gained extensive in-depth knowledge and experience in the fields of Production Logistics, Transportation and Warehousing Logistics and supporting Information Technology. From 1997 until May 2015 Jaco Voorspuij worked for DHL (and predecessors) on warehousing systems, transportation management (Road, Air and Sea), Business & Systems integration, Solutions Design & Architecture and IT Business Development for a number of the largest Clients of DHL and on some of the most challenging projects and Programmes that DHL has run and is running for those Clients. Next to this since the beginning of 2007 Jaco Voorspuij has been the co-chair of the GS1 eCom Logistics Interoperability Model workgroup and since 2011 also co-chair of the GS1 Transport & Logistics Leadership team. He joined the GS1 Global Office as Senior Manager Transport & Logistics in May 2015. Jaco has a keen interest in standardising and simplifying Logistics operations whilst keeping an eye open to technologies, concepts and ideas present or emerging that would enable existing Logistics services to be improved and/or new Logistics services to be designed and implemented in the market place. He has been involved for appr 4 years in EU research (e.g. iCargo) with a view to practical implementation of the iCargo components in the area of Logistics more particularly the Mix Move Match concept developed as part of the iCargo programme.
