2024 Registration Terms and Conditions
- Please, fill in the registration form.
- After you complete your registration you will receive an email message confirming that our system registered your registration.
- A prepayment invoice will be delivered via email to the address you specified in the registration form. At that time the registration becomes binding for the customer. The registration fee needs to be paid within the date specified in the prepayment invoice. We will send you a tax document after we receive your payment. The conference registration fee is paid via bank transfer only. Cash payment at the conference venue is not possible.
- The standard registration fee of EUR 520 includes all-day participation in the conference programme, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner after the end of the conference programme. When registering three or more participants from one company, the price is a registration fee of EUR 405 without VAT.
- The customer may cancel his/her registration or transfer his/her registration to another participant only in writing via email sent to info@reliant.eu
If the registration is cancelled within 14 working days before the conference start date, the customer will get the whole conference fee refunded based on a credit note issued by the organizer and confirmed by the customer. The organizer shall refund the registration fee within 14 days as of delivery of the confirmed credit note.
If the registration is cancelled less than 14 working days before the conference start date or if the participant fails to attend the conference, the conference registration fee shall not be refunded. - If the registration form is sent 3 days before the conference start day or later, it is necessary to document payment of the conference fee by presenting a written confirmation of payment at the conference registration desk.
- At the conference registration desk you will receive a conference badge. Please, arrive reasonably ahead of time before the conference start.
