CEO, Reliant and Vice-president, Czech Logistics Association Miroslav Rumler graduated from the Faculty of International Trade of the Prague University of Economics and Business.  He started his career in INSPEKTA a.s., a foreign trading company. Between 1991 and 1992 he studied for his postgraduate degree at the State University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in the United States, where he subsequently worked as an external consultant for The Limited Distribution Services Ltd., Columbus, Ohio. On his return from overseas, Miroslav started as the Country Operations Manager with Maccorp Holdings Ltd., a British financial company seated in London operating a network of branches all around Europe. Since 1994, he has been working for Reliant s.r.o., a professional training and consultancy company in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics. He is the managing partner of Reliant s.r.o.

Marek Botka is the strategic director of LogEx Logistics, he graduated from several schools and completed his management education at the University of Prague with an MBA degree. His passion is marketing and development strategy. After completing his studies, he worked in trade, pharmacy and then transport in various managerial positions. He has been working at LogEx Logistics since 2010 and already at the beginning of his work he gave the idea to the original software solution that the company is currently working on. He is now implementing his knowledge gained in trade, construction and transport into the brand's pro-growth policy, thanks to which the local company LogEx Logistics has become an important Czech player that offers its customers comprehensive logistics service and solutions.

Jan Šlofar is the head of SCM at the Frenštát pod Radhoštěm plants and the newly emerging company Vitesco Technologies in Ostrava-Hrušov, which develops and manufactures the most modern drive technologies for sustainable mobility. The company's product portfolio includes electric propulsion systems, electronic control units, sensors and actuators, and exhaust gas recirculation solutions. Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Transport of the Czech Technical University, and his passion for innovation in movement and production connects him with the company.

Vojtěch Peřka is an expert in the field of real estate, in which he has been active for 9 years. For the past 6 years, he has been working as a Business Developer at CTP, which is the largest developer of industrial-logistics parks in the Czech Republic and continental Europe. His focus in the company is the region of North and Central Moravia, where he also received professional education in the field of geography and regional development at the University of Ostrava.

He has been working in the field of international transport for 20 years, of which he has been working in a marketing position for ROHLIG SUUS Logistics for the 4th year. During her practice, she focused mainly on building trustworthy relationships with clients, suppliers and supporting institutions. For road transport, she was in charge of project customers, pricing, setting SOPs, receivables. The experience also includes teaching internal training courses and, among other things, publishing activities.

Aside from being a speaker on international conferences he teaches at the University of Economics and at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden. Ján Franer has been working in the field of logistics for fifteen years. He started his journey as a warehouse operator in Opava. Subsequently, he transferred to the company RKL Opava, where he continued to work as a warehouse operator. In 2021, he slowly moved to his current position, where he devoted himself to the optimization of software processes in the warehouse. The areas of transport and collection services in the company were gradually added to this scope. Currently, he is dedicated to the overall optimization, digitization and automation of company processes not only in logistics, but also in transport. It tries to link logistics and transport into a complex whole with the help of modern information technologies and procedures in accordance with the specific requirements of customers. At the same time, he is dedicated to the modernization and digitization of individual sections of the company, in order to achieve simplicity and transparency of data.

He heads the EPAL Innovation Lab and works in project teams on various topics relating to the digitalization and automation of the open EPAL pool system. As the contact point between the users of EPAL pallets and the EPAL network, he is always looking for new and innovative solutions. Michal Fireš studied Environmentally Advanced Buildings at the BUT Faculty of Civil Engineering in Brno. After graduating from university, he worked in construction practice, when he led the department of implementation of technical building equipment with a focus on air-conditioning systems, heating and cooling of buildings in the Brno-based company Enlytech s.r.o. Since 2023, he has been working at Hoval spol. s.r.o. in the position of Field Engineer, where he deals with technical designs of Hoval air-conditioning systems and provides technical support within the Czech Republic.

Viktor Petráš successfully graduated from the Informatics department at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He gained his first work experience from 2002 in the field of retail in the SPAR chain. Here he acquired a number of technical and managerial skills in the areas of IT and the organization of retail processes, also directly related to EDI issues. From 2007 he worked at EDITEL CZ, after its acquisition by the Austrian GS1. Later, Viktor Petráš took over responsibility for managing the sales and marketing department. After working at Diebold Nixdorf between 2014-2019, he returned to EDITEL with newly acquired experience from a global environment. He is currently engaged in the development of business activities in the areas of B2B communication and integration not only on the markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also on synergistic international activities within the broad European group of EDITEL companies.

Ladislav studied industrial engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Žilina in Žilina. In 2013, he joined Asseco CEIT as a researcher in the Digital Enterprise division. He was part of the flexible logistics system planning team. Since 2016, he has led the department of simulations of production and logistics processes. In recent years, Ladislav has worked on many commercial and research projects in Central Europe, focused on the design and optimization of production, storage and logistics processes. Currently, he heads the Digital Enterprise division and develops cooperation between the University of Žilina and Asseco CEIT as part of his doctoral studies.

Naďa joined ZF CVS (Commercial Vehicle Solutions, Transics International BV) in autumn 2021 and she is responsible for the sale of ZF/Transics brand products and services in the Czech Republic/SK. For almost 20 years, she worked at CCS Czech company for payment cards, s.r.o. (Fleetcor division) where she worked in several business positions, including managerial ones, and thus gained key experience in the field of fuel cards, telematics, tolls and management of the KAM and Acquisitions department. She participated in the expansion of services and products, including the launch of partner cooperation in the field of top-up cards and employee programs. She also has a year of experience in the health sector, where she represented the private clinic Iscara.

Petr Abrahámek has been working as a sales director for Goodyear truck tires since 2017. He leads sales teams in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. His main responsibilities are the creation of a business strategy for the sale of truck tires, monitoring the specifics of individual countries and the changing environment and trends in freight transportation. Petr focuses on the application of modern approaches to sales, moving from the simple sale of truck tires to the provision of complex solutions for the effective management of the tire industry. With a lifetime of experience in the automotive industry gained in companies such as Toyota, Fiat, Suzuki, ŠkoFIN, Petr Abrahámek brings extensive expertise and valuable practical skills to his role.

Moritz Rinck has extensive experience in logistics, since 2015 he worked as a representative for South-West Germany at Rite Hite GmbH. Since May 2022, he has been Business Development Manager at SALVO, where he is in charge of sales development in EMEA. He is a goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
