Bílý Michal | obchodní ředitel, GS1 CZECH REPUBLIC
Mr. Michal Bílý began his career in one of the state enterprises for the production of foodstuffs after the finalization of his studies at the Technical University of Chemistry (specialization of macromolecular chemistry) in 1977. His first activities were realized on the field of development and purchase of packaging materials. The packaging materials, packaging techniques, wraps, designs and marketing were the main focuses of his working activities in most of the following years. As a result of his many years spent being a manager of the purchase department and a sales director, he gained accurate and specific skills and methods in this field. After another few years holding the same position in a Belgian firm, he acquired a vision of the European context as well. He has been working for GS1 Czech Republic from 2006, where he is also using his long-term experience as a previous member of the Board of this organization.
Buzek Jaroslav | První obalová
Jaroslav Buzek was interested in sales even before he graduated from the Technical University in Liberec; that is why he got involved in that field actively right after he completed his studies. He gained experience in sales positions in the field of pharmacy, transport and logistics, and later in several companies dealing with packaging, materials, etc.
For more than 4 years, he has been working in První obalová as the regional sales manager responsible for the northern part of Bohemia. During that period the whole sales team has managed to raise awareness of První obalová not only as a company producing bubble wrap, but also as a company focusing on complex packaging, and industrial packaging development and production.
Černý Bohuslav | Key Account Manager, Schoeller Allibert
Since 1999 he has been working at Schoeller Allibert, at first as a salesman, later as a Key Account Manager. From 2013 in the position of Sales Manager for CZ and SK. From 2016 in the position of Business Development Manager Automotive CEE.
Černý Josef | Head of Department of Applications for Logistics and Manufacturing, ICZ a.s.
RNDr. Josef Černý graduated from the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Department of Informatics. From 1978 he dealt with theoretical and practical aspects of software system development at the Czech Technical University, and he was also engaged in realization of integrated production segments. Between 1993 and 1999 he was the executive director of ICOS Praha, spol.s r.o., a company providing information systems for warehouse and production operations. Since 2000 he has been working in ICZ a.s. as a consultant and the head of the department of application for logistics and manufacturing. He is also active as an external lecturer for Gradua-Cegos and Reliant. He is a member of the Chamber of Logistics Auditors and long-time member of the Czech Logistics Association presidium.
Doboš Vladimír | Hafen Hamburg Marketing e.V, Representative Office Prague
After graduating from the University of Economics Prague in 1982, he joined the maritime department in Čechofracht. Then he worked at various positions in Čechofracht. From 1990 to 1992 he worked at the maritime department of the first private forwarding company in Czechoslovakia – LEP International, from 1992 to 2000 he was an executive director at the company specialized in providing comprehensive forwarding and logistics services – DM Express. Since 2001, he is a representative of Hafen Hamburg Marketing in Prague for the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
Gono Marian | General Manager, SSI Schäfer Systems International s.r.o.
Marian Gono has been working as the general manager of SSI Schäfer Systems International s.r.o. since January 2017. Under his leadership, the company has been successfully focusing on complex intralogistic solutions including a high level of automation. Marian Gono has been engaged in the field of sales and distribution in the Central European region for almost 20 years. In the past he worked for Dexion, where he was in charge of activities on the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian markets. He has long-term work experience from the position of the sales and distributor director for the Slovak market in Heineken. He graduated from the university in Melbourne, Australia. He likes cycling in his leisure time.
Hubeňák Martin | Antwerp Port Authority
The Antwerp Port Authority has enlarged the network of its representatives abroad with a new delegate for the Central and Eastern Europe. Since March 1, 2017 Mr. Martin Hubeňák represents the Antwerp Port Authority at the local markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and in Poland. One of his many tasks will be improving the perception of the Antwerp Port Authority brand as well as broadening of railway connections network between the Antwerp Port Authority and the above-mentioned countries of the Central and Eastern Europe. At that, he will make use of his experience as project manager, the position that he had in the company DB Schenker, and as Director for Logistics in the company Vítkovice Steel. Further, he will be responsible for keeping of regular contacts with local subjects active in the said branches and ensuring information exchange between them and the Antwerp Port Authority.
Kaizr Jaroslav | Head of Leasing Agency, Agency Department Czech & Slovak Republic Savills
Jaroslav joined Savills Czech Republic in 2017 as the head of agency. He specialises in industrial property letting and in-land transactions.
Jaroslav started his property career in 2003 as an industrial agent. In 2010 he became a member of RICS and later became a board member of RICS in Czech Republic in 2013. Before joining Savills he worked as a business development director for one of major industrial developers in CE region. Since 2015 he has been a PhD student at the University of Economics in Prague.
Košíková Petra | Consumables Group Manager, KODYS, spol. s r.o.
Petra Košíková graduated from the technical school of civil engineering with specialisation in building constructions. Then she was engaged in sales and event management.
She joined KODYS, spol. s r.o. in 2004 as an account manager, in 2005 she became a sales representative in the consumables department. In 2009 she already worked as a business consultant in the field of automatic identification labelling and in 2011 se became the consumables group manager. She has at the same been time working as the manager of IBCS Consumables Working Group since 2005.
Kovařík Milan | Executive Director, EPAL National Committee Czech Republic and Slovakia
Ing. Milan Kovařík, MBA graduated from the university with specialisation in road and urban motor transport, and he continued his studies by an international marketing programme at the Czech Management Institute ESMA. He devoted a considerable part of his career to the field of finance, while working in management positions for example in Credit Suisse or Allianz. Since 2012 he has been focusing on occupational safety and health protection management in accordance with OHSAS 18001. He has been representing the EPAL National Committee for the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2016. He is in charge of the overall committee operations, communication with the headquarters in Düsseldorf, cooperation with holders of the EPAL licence for EPAL pallet production or repairs, and last but not least for communication and cooperation with the Czech and Slovak public authorities.
Kožej Vlastimil | Sales Director, CID International, a.s.
He started in CID International in 2000 as a sales representative, since 2010 he has been working for the company as the sales director. Vlastimil was engaged in expanding the company to the Polish market, where he among other things took an active part in implementation of logistic information systems. He has been developing and supporting sales and marketing activities of the company not only in the Czech Republic but also in Slovakia and Poland. Before joining CID International, he worked for Allianz pojišťovna a.s. where is specialized in corporate clientele.
Ludvik Milan | Country Manager, ZETES Czech Republic
Ing. Milan LUDVIK graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and he has been engaged in the field of automatic identification for 22 years. He works as the Country Manager for the Czech Republic in ZETES, a part of the multinational Panasonic corporation providing complex process optimisation solutions along the supply chain. These solutions include Packaging Execution, Logistic Execution, Proof Of Delivery and Direct Store Delivery, Field Service, In-Store Management and Track&Trace solutions ensuring full trackability and traceability.
Pavlík Ondřej | Regional Director for Eastern Europe, DKV Euro Service
RNDr. Ondřej Pavlík, MBA was appointed to the position of the Regional Director for Eastern Europe in July 2018; the region covers DKV branches in Scandinavia, the Baltic countries, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, the Balkans, as well as Turkey or Russia. He has been working for DKV since 1994, when he became the executive director of the Czech and Slovak branch. Before that he worked as the executive officer of Tech Data. He graduated from the Faculty of Science of Palacky University in Olomouc, and he got his MBA degree from the University of Calgary.
Pihar Jan | Managing Director of DACHSER Czech Republic
Jan Pihar has linked up his entire professional career with logistics. From 2019 Jan Pihar was appointed Managing Director of DACHSER Czech Republic. Jan Pihar studied at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Brno University of Technology. After graduating he participated in a study exchange programme in the USA. In 2004 he was behind the establishment of the DACHSER Břeclav branch, where he acted as the Branch Manager. In 2008 he was named the General Manager of the DACHSER Kladno branch.
Polter Jan | Sales & Marketing Manager, DACHSER Czech republic
Ing. Jan Polter, MBA – Sales and Marketing Manager, DACHSER Czech Republic a.s. He graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, the Faculty of Economics and Management with extended English language study. Already during his studies, he worked as a head of the service at the catering company Zátiší Catering, Prague. After graduating, he spent a year of working stay in Australia, where he worked as a beverage manager at Chianti on Collins in Perth. In 2003 he joined E.S.T. as managing clerk of international transports and customer service. A year later, he was a project manager. From 2005 to 2007, he was a head of the Food Logistics Division and a branch manager in Hradec Králové. In 2007, he became an authorized representative of the company and since 2008 is sales and marketing manager for the Czech Republic. Jan Polter graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten, Germany, and obtained MBA degree. Jan Polter is married and has a son. He speaks fluent English and German. He spends his leisure time with his family and his hobbies, among which volleyball, squash, and skiing belong.
Rindt Jan | Aberle GmbH – Körber Logistics
Jan Rindt graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. Since he completed his studies, he has been working for various companies specialising in logistics automation for more than 17 years. At first he worked for NDC Praha, a company that later became a part of E&K Automation; he was gradually engaged in different positions as the head of mechanical design department, later as a project manager and sales representative. His main objective was implementation of AGV systems. Between 2007 and 2018 he worked for SSI Schäfer as a sales manager in charge for the automated systems sales department. Since June 2018, Jan has been working for Aberle GmbH, a member of the Körber Logistics group (belonging to the international technology group Körber) as the head of automated systems sales department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and as the manager of the branch in Prague.
Rožek Petr | xecutive Director, Association of Forwarding and Logistics of the Czech Republic (SSL)
Ing. Petr Rožek, Ph.D. has been working in the position of the SSL executive director since the beginning of 2017. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, and got his Ph.D. degree at the University in Pardubice. His main focus lies on sea transport. He was engaged in various management positions in a number of logistic companies. Last time he was in charge of the Czech branch of Eurogate Logistics.
Rumler Miroslav | Managing Partner, RELIANT

Miroslav Rumler graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the University of Economics in Prague. He started his career in INSPEKTA a.s., a foreign trading company. Between 1991 and 1992 he studied for his postgraduate degree at the State University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in the United States, where he subsequently worked as an external consultant for The Limited Distribution Services Ltd., Columbus, Ohio. On his return from overseas, Miroslav started as the Country Operations Manager with Maccorp Holdings Ltd., a British financial company seated in London operating a network of branches all around Europe. Since 1994, he has been working for Reliant s.r.o., a professional training and consultancy company in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics. He is the managing partner of Reliant s.r.o.
Souček Ivan | Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic
Ivan Souček studied chemical engineering and economics at MCHTI, Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei, DePaul University Chicago; later he obtained his PhD at the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague. During his very active professional career, Ivan Souček worked in technical positions in Kaučuk; for Unipetrol he worked in the positions of the development manager and member of the board of directors; for several years he was engaged as the general manager of Koramo. Between 2002 and 2014 he held the position of the chairman of the board and general manager of Česká rafinérská. In the field of education he has been working for the Department of Economics and Management of Chemical and Food Industry of the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague since 2011. For a short time he was active as a consultant in ENA and then as a consultant to the general manager and project manager in NIS, Serbia. Since 2016 he has been engaged as the General Manager of SCHP ČR (Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic). Ivan Souček is also a member of the supervisory board of MERO ČR and Čepro, as well as the member of Board of Department of Chemical Process Fundamentals of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
Sovička Pavel | General Manager, Panattoni Europe, Czech Republic and Slovakia
Pavel Sovicka started his business career in Cushman & Wakefield where he spent 10 years in total. Since 2008 he has been leading Panattoni Europe as the Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has 20 years of experience in the industry in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He was engaged in transactions representing 1,500,000 m2 of leased and sold premises. The key projects managed by Pavel Sovicka include for example Panattoni Park Prague Airport I and II, the Amazon distribution centre in Dobrovíz (the largest leased industrial building in the Czech Republic having the area of 120 000 m2), Panattoni Park D5 / Stříbro and Panattoni Park Cheb with Tchibo as the most important tenant (the second largest leased building in the Czech Republic, 75 000 m2).
Tejnický Bohumil | Design & Engineering Manager - North East Europe, KARDEX
He associated his nearly all professional career with Kardex REMSTAR, since 2005. Bohumil Tejnický worked as a consultant for Kardex software solutions in Eastern Europe, then as a member of a team for on-site solutions of key installations complications worldwide. He was also involved in developing a new Kardex storage system LR35 at the Kardex REMSTAR plant in Germany.
