Antič Marko

Antič Marko | Colonnade Insurance S.A.

Marko Antič graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc, Faculty of Law, in European Studies with a specialization in European Law. Since 2013, he was the director of Financial Risk Insurance at AIG insurance company. The same position he holds in the Canadian insurance company Colonnade Insurance S.A., which in the spring of this year took over AIG’s activities in Central and Eastern Europe. Marko specializes in cyber risk insurance, professional liability and liability insurance of D&O statutory bodies.

JUDr. Alice Kubová Bártková has been working as a lawyer for Rödl & Partner since 2016. Previously, since 2003 she worked as an independent lawyer. From the start of her professional career, she has been specialized in the traffic law within national and international freight transport. After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University Brno and following the practice of the articled clerk and passing lawyer examination in the years 2003-2004 she graduated from the one-year study postgraduate programme at Europa Kolleg, Hamburg. She is a founder and secretary of the Czech Society for Transport Law (ČSDP). JUDr. Alice Kubová Bártková is also registered in the IRU network of the legal assistance; she is a member of the German Society for Transport Law (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Transportrecht – DGTR) and regularly takes part in the DGTR’s professional activities. For Rödl & Partner she takes part also in activities by Association of Forwarding and Logistics of the Czech Republic (SSL) include active participation within the Law Clubs of SSL. Since 2006, she has been publishing in transport law and engages in lecturing both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Bílý Michal

Mr. Michal Bílý began his career in one of the state enterprises for the production of foodstuffs after the finalization of his studies at the Technical University of Chemistry (specialization of macromolecular chemistry) in 1977. His first activities were realized on the field of development and purchase of packaging materials. The packaging materials, packaging techniques, wraps, designs and marketing were the main focuses of his working activities in most of the following years. As a result of his many years spent being a manager of the purchase department and a sales director, he gained accurate and specific skills and methods in this field. After another few years holding the same position in a Belgian firm, he acquired a vision of the European context as well. He has been working for GS1 Czech Republic from 2006, where he is also using his long-term experience as a previous member of the Board of this organization.

Bohuslav Černý

Josef Černý

RNDr. Josef Černý graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University (Univerzita Karlova), with a major in Computer Science. Beginning in 1978, he engaged in theoretical and practical aspects of software systems at the Czech Technical University (České vysoké učení technické) and also participated in the implementation of integrated manufacturing sections. From 1993 to 1999 he was the managing director of ICOS Praha, s.r.o., company that focused on the delivery of information systems for warehouse management and manufacturing operations. Since 2000 he has been working at ICZ a.s. as a consultant and Head of the “Applications for Logistics and Manufacturing” department. He is also an external lecturer for the companies Gradua-Cegos and Reliant, and since 2004 has been a member of the Working Group on RFID-EPC of GS1 Czech Republic.

Besides development of trade around the Czech Republic with existing customers her main job is processing business analyses for new investors entering the market and also suggestion of solutions, including steps – what to do and how to address the human potential.

Doboš Vladimír

Elman Pavel

The Antwerp Port Authority has enlarged the network of its representatives abroad with a new delegate for the Central and Eastern Europe. Since March 1, Mr. Martin Hubeňák represents the Antwerp Port Authority at the local markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and in Poland. Petr Klíma works at the Ministry of the Interior, Security Research and Police Education Department. He was part of the original eCall concept team in Europe, and project coordinator for the European eCall projects, which advised European member states on eCall deployment. He is providing guidance on eCall deployment in Japan, Russia the Middle and Far East. Mr Rooke is also a member of CEN 278 Working Group 15 dealing with the technical standards for eCall. Mr Rooke is now a Vice President for British-APCO, sitting on the UK Government 999 Liaison Committee, and is Chair of the 999 Liaison Committee App approval group. Andy was invited to join the Global Advisory Board of Reporty Homeland Security in 2017 specialising in eCall and emergency services. Mr Rooke has a wide experience of intelligent transport systems & services having worked in The Netherlands, and Belgium with ERTICO ITS-Europe for the past 7 years. Mr Rooke’s background is law enforcement, as a UK police officer specialising in road policing. He was also a Senior Investigating Officer for road death. As part of his speciality in telematics and intelligent transport systems, he was a technical advisor to all UK Police Agencies and Road Policing agencies across Europe. In 2014, Petr Ungermann graduated from the Technical University of Liberec – Faculty of Economics, in Economics and Management. Since 2014, he has been working in ŠKODA AUTO. He leads the group responsible for the innovative management, logistics strategy, Green Logistics and PR of logistics ŠKODA AUTO and cooperation with educational institutes. Petr Ungermann is working in these current projects: implementation of Industry 4.0 elements into logistics – enhanced reality, autonomous logistics. In pursuance of the ŠKODA AUTO Green Logistics strategy, he implements solutions that reduce CO2 emissions in ŠKODA AUTO logistics. In VW Group Logistics, he holds the position of Deputy Leader for the Green Logistics Team. The activities in ŠKODA AUTO’s PR Logistics cover the representation and presentation of ŠKODA AUTO logistics within and beyond the VW Group, e.g. lectures, conference, and organization of meetings.


Van Rossenberg Pim

After having studied law at Leiden University, Pim van Rossenberg was admitted to the bar in Rotterdam in 1983. From the very start of his legal career, he has been working in the transport and transport law sector. After being a partner with another law firm for a number of years, he started the law firm Van Rossenberg Advocaten mid-2001. Pim van Rossenberg is a member of the Netherlands Transport Lawyers Association, the International Association for the representation of the mutual interest of inland shipping and insurance and for keeping the register of inland vessels in Europe (IVR), the German Transport Law Association (DGT) and the Dutch Transport Law Association. He regularly gives lectures on subjects of transport law and is a co-author of the German publication “Kommentar zur CMR”. Finally, he is a committee member of the Rotterdam Beurs Transport Society (RBTS) and general secretary of the BZE Organization of Seaport Freight forwarders and International Logistics service providers.
